No Customer service and no response for broken Jars.
Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that this is a very shady company. I placed an order for pans and 2 glass jars. I received the pans just fine but the glass jars came shattered. I have since sent them an email every single day with pictures. They have a listed phone number which either says they are closed or they are unable to pick the call!!! They have only ONE customer service agent - Sonia who deliberately misunderstands me when I asked how to return and get refund. She says to return the pan to get a refund and that she will send a label. Firstly, even if she cannot read English, she could see the broken jar pictures I sent and there was no mention of a pan in my email. Also, never got the supposed label!! Be very careful in doing a large order with them because if you need customer service, it isn't there. Also, if they want me to send shattered glass, this is proof that they will be responsible for anyone handling it while shipping it back. I will be reaching out to my credit card company if this is not resolved by this week.
