DebtTrace was instructed with only the subject’s full name and no previous address history. Despite this limited information, we successfully delivered a current verified UK address for the individual, along with all available contact data. This constitutes a successful trace outcome under the service you selected and fully meets the terms of our service agreement.
Our “No Trace, No Fee” guarantee applies strictly to cases where no current address can be sourced through Experian or Equifax. In your case, a current address was confirmed and supplied, meaning the guarantee quite correctly does not apply.
As clearly stated in our Terms of Service, once a completed report has been delivered, the service is non-refundable, as the work has been fully carried out and the data verified through regulated UK credit and identity sources.
We appreciate that the outcome may not have met your personal expectations, however the contracted service was delivered successfully and in full. We always aim to act fairly, transparently, and in line with UK data compliance and contractual obligations.

Don't know where to start use this company
Never had a reason to use this service and didn't know where to start.
From researching which company to go to, to receiving the report this company was amazing.
The form was easy to complete, the response time very prompt same day. The ex tenant may think they had been clever in refusing to provide a forwarding address but thanks to this company we are a step further to recouping our costs.
