ASSEMBLY BOMS
We were relieved to be able to pull the plug on our legacy ERP system on 1st Jan. However we had been having major headaches with receiving our imported stock which meant our inventory reporting was incomplete.
Our session ended up being very long because we discovered after the first 1.5hrs that the process that Mark had taken us through which was clear and simple was not going to work for our general business practice. So we had to start from the beginning again!
Have to say that even as frustrating as that was Mark was able to continue to show clarity of mind and understanding of our business needs. Taking us through the process in detail so we could overcome the issues we were having with Cin7.
Marks patience and ability to understand our unique business needs was impressive. All whilst maintaining a lighthearted approach with a firm commitment to finding the answers to our conundrums.

The browser application is okay. The WMS app is absolute garbage. We've had multiple issues. We have 5 different bugs with tickets still open after multiple months.
