The appointment was incredibly easy to book and I received a confirmation and then a reminder nearer the time. All the staff were very friendly and the lady that did the microsuction was very efficient and skilled at it. She made me feel at ease by chatting with me and they even threw in a free hearing test at the end of the appointment. I think it was very good value for money at £55 for both ears. I will definitely use the service again. Top job!

Fantastic experience at 133 High Street, Kirkcaldy this morning. Booked a blood test with Rebecca who was phenomenal throughout. Bloods taken swiftly without any fuss and Rebecca knew exactly what to do with the 3rd party kit I’d taken along. Genuinely a 10/10 customer experience.

I can't recommend Dears Pharmacy in Markinch highly enough. The team is always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. They consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service, whether it's dispensing prescriptions quickly, offering helpful advice, or taking the time to answer any questions without making you feel rushed despite there being a high volume of workload

Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it's reassuring to know you're being looked after by such knowledgeable and compassionate staff. The pharmacy is well organised, efficient, and always provides a professional yet personal service.

The staff here in Dunfermline high st are very helpful. They care of my ear problem and we’re very helpful. I get my nomads from them too.

I recently visited Dears Pharmacy in Kirkcaldy after experiencing sudden hearing difficulty in one ear. Kerry was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable. She quickly identified that the issue was caused by a wax build‑up and explained everything in a calm, professional way. Thanks to her help, the problem was sorted quickly and I left feeling relieved and well looked after. Excellent service and a credit to the pharmacy.

Kamil, the Pharmacist, at Dears Pharmacy & Travel Clinic Dunfermline, Fife on Dunfermline High Street, is a totally professional, caring and approachable pharmaceutical expert who has helped me numerous times with my health issues, providing clinical knowledge, reassurance and advice along the way. Fantastic service from Dears in Templehall, Kirkcaldy. I had micro suction ear wax removal £55 and that covered 3 sessions that I needed. I also had a free hearing test all done by the marvellous Kerry. Couldn’t recommend this service enough, easy to book appointment online or in store. Thanks again Kerry I will definitely be using this service again.

I had an initial consultation with Kamil, which led to 3 further appointments due to time specific jabs for travelling abroad. Throughout the consultation and appointments Kamil was professional, hygienic and friendly. He was super informative with the jabs and the reasons behind the requirements and was also helpful with any questions I had.

I had reason to call upon the Pharmacist in Kekty as I was having difficulty with Reflux. I had a consultation with Zophia who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. If anything Zophia was better than my GP who just throw tablets at you etc to get you out the door. Zophia recommended another over the counter medicine and so far it seems to be working a lot quicker and effective as well. Early days but sign are encouraging. I wasn't rushed at all and Zophia was first class. Thank you

A prescription was sent from the Hospital rheumatologist to Deers in the clams Centre on the 15th of May the no say they didn’t receive it there wasn’t a stamp or something on it the mail Royal mail picked it up took it and then on the 16th of June, they’ve opened it and taken out my prescription with my name full address put it into another envelope with the original and sent it to me now I’ve been take tears and they’re not happy to do anything. I think this is wrong because my name and address has been floated around via the Royal mail but the initial posting was two Deers who are not accepting it as a go a complete and otter gale they really need revamp not happy now I have to go to the post office myself to ask an explanation when it should be the pharmacy themselves. Definitely not worth anything more than a one star and that’s only because they’re two ladies at the front desk are wonderful.

I went in for my travel vaccines and felt very welcome from all the staff, they made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and how it would help me.
Kamil in the Fife store was fantastic, very friendly and caring throughout all the appointments.

Clare went above and beyond to help us out during our trip. The helpfulness and care that specifically she showed us was unbelievable. A testament to the store!!

Was treated great and guided to the consulting waiting room quickly where I was with Danielle who did a amazing job taking my blood and was great to chat with through the whole process making a usually anxiety producing process very positive

The Leslie branch of Dears pharmacy has fantastic pharmacists. Lauren is stand out exceptional. Always attentive helpful & friendly. This makes visiting for prescriptions and advice carefree and easy.

Danielle has always went above and beyond. My mum was constantly let down by her previous chemist, moving to this chemist has been polar opposite. Can't recommend them enough.

I was visiting from Canada, and was fighting a respiratory infection for two weeks. I called UK healthcare and they suggested I attend a pharmacy (a very novel thing for a Canadian). I got in within a few hours, for a booked appointment and received absolutely brilliant care from Jenna. The staff and pharmacist Jenna were kind, thoughtful, prompt, professional. Excellent timely service. I think I have the correct address.
