I made a purchase online and was a little hesitant when I read import model. Reached out via phone and spoke with Gary. He took the time to explain what that meant and I felt completely comfortable with my decision. I also had a problem with the lens being mailed ( it has to be signed for and nobody was going to be home) Needless to say I picked it up with know problem at all. The lens was brand new in the box with the les cap, dust cap and lens bag. I will highly recommend Dealsallyear. Very professional and knowledgeable…Thanks Gary..

I just purchased a Nikon D500 from Deals All Year and I am super happy with the camera! This is my third camera purchase from Deals All Year and every camera has worked perfectly! My first purchase was a Nikon D750 and then I upgraded to a Nikon D850 which I still own and love!!! Now I decided to add the Nikon D500 to my gear and it's awesome! While deployed in the Middle East during the hight of the COVID-19 crisis I needed support for a shipment from DealsAllYear. A package I ordered was lost in the mail and was also a expensive item i mistakenly ordered.

The team found the item, and even though it was beyond the return date (due to carrier issues) still assisted me beyond what I could have hoped.

I ended up sending “Steve” a hat from base as a thank you. Greatly appreciated his assistance!

I ordered an import model and lens from this company and found out three hours later I needed to be shooting on a US model. Stephen was very understanding and refunded me within one business day. Deals All Year Camera Store and Steven were so great to work with! I had a deadline to make with a client and some special requirements. I had been trying to get a Canon RF zoom lens for months. I reached out to Steven stating my urgency and he was able to provide the lens and express shipping so I could meet my clients needs. My Sony a7RIII, Sony GM 24-70 2.8 and Sigma 35mm 1.4 came in today and my whole buying experience over at DealsAllYear was beyond excellent. That is an understatement so let me explain -

I’ve been a DSLR Nikon d800 shooter since I got into photography and have been buying my equipments over at Best Buy/Samy’s down the street from me in OC. As you may know, transitioning to mirrorless isn’t cheap and there are so many questions that comes with it. I did a ton of research and found DealsAllYear as they had the absolute best price I could find. But to be honest, I was a little hesitate because this was going to be a big purchase, I never dealt with them before and I’m in CA they are in NJ, and the deals were too good to be true! I decided to give them a call.

Gary was the first person to help me and his willingness to answer every question I had, no matter how dumb. It was a surprising shock to me because I never had this experience over at my local shop (and that was in person). Gary helped me pick out my first mirrorless camera, the Sony a7RIII. I saved over $800 on this camera alone.

The next day I called because I had my used Nikon equipments and wanted to see if I can get credit towards mirrorless lens. I called again and this time Steven picked up. Although it was a different person that help me, it was seamless! Steven gave me the same great customer service. He helped me with my trade in and pick out my first 2 mirrorless lens, the Sony GM 24-70 2.8 and Sigma 35mm 1.4. Steven is the owner and he made sure his staff took care of the transaction - from shipping labels, credits from my trade in, to every camera function questions I had. Again, I was beyond pleased by their customer service.

I'm a professional photographer since 2002, and I have worked with several great cameras. When I did my research online for the best gear to do wedding and event photography, I found the Canon R5 should be a great choice. Accurate autofocus in the low light situation, unique eye and face detection ability paired with a super flash system. “Deals all year” company was an excellent choice for purchase my Canon R5 they were friendly from the first phone call. Steve is a gentleman; he helped me a lot and sent my camera with FedEx in two days. I got some gifts from them, an extra battery and an extra fast charger, everything was perfect. Thank you, guys. You are terrific. Highly recommend their service for every photographer.

They sent me the wrong lens. But, ended up getting the correct one sent out and where easy to work with.

Excellent costumer experience! I purchased a camera and lens from here for my daughter and the lens ended up not being exactly what she wanted. So I called Deals All Year and asked if I could exchange the current lens. They said that wouldn't be a problem at all and they ended up giving us a discount as well, even though it wasn't their fault. Overall, the experience was great and I definitely recommend buying from them.
