I purchased a (gray market) camera from these guys on Amazon and ended up finding the same camera (only slightly used) for a much lower price. I immediately contacted them and told them I would be returning the camera unopened. The seller tried to tell me that they do not accept returns based on buyers remorse and that they charge a restocking fee (which is it?). After pointing out that their return policy states otherwise, the seller agreed to waive the restocking fee. Turns out he only did this so he could get the camera back and charge the restocking fee anyway. He is trying to say that the camera was opened and used so he has justification to charge the fee. I took pictures and video of the unopened box being given to UPS (i could tell he was shady so i did this just in case). I had the box with the camera in it for less than three hours. Why would I use a camera for three hours? The seller told me "Hopefully now you learn your lesson and not return items based on buyers remorse." This is a real shady "company" and i have no clue how they have any good reviews. I am in the process of a credit card fraud and Amazon a-z claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I needed 2 cameras, 3 tripods, and a lens... right in the middle of COVID quarantine! Checked around and these guys were the only ones with target delivery within a week... heck, even Amazon Prime is saying 3 weeks. First time customer, so I wasn't 100% sure but I took a chance. 3 days later I hadn't gotten a delivery tracking number so I reached out to Ricardo who
tracked down the order, escalated it and then handed me over to Kevin. These guys were on it immediately, even with the backup that COVID is imposing on virtually every business. That conversation was yesterday afternoon... I just got notification that my delivery will be here tomorrow! They went above and beyond and I appreciate it very much. I'll be a repeat customer!

I placed an order on Saturday. Within minutes realized the lens included in the package was not what I wanted. Called to cancel. Got voicemail. Called another number. Voicemail. Emailed customer service to cancel. No response. Called again. Reached a person with a lot of noise in the background. He asked "what site had I purchased from" indicating this was some sort of warehouse? I told him I wanted to cancel and he said he could not do that, it was all online. (I have NEVER received an online response to my email). Got a call the next morning at 7:30 am when my phone was off. No message. I returned the call and got voicemail. Got a call the next morning before 8 am. I returned the call and got a person who said they had cancelled my order. I asked if I would get an email confirmation and he said yes. Two days later, I have received nothing. The charge went through on my credit card and I had to open a dispute with my bank today to get the charge reversed. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS ORDER SINCE I PLACED IT, AND IT HAS BEEN A HUGE PAIN. I do not recommend dealing with this site. UPDATE: Received a call from Kevin who assured me again that the order was cancelled. I told him I still had not received email confirmation and he apologized sincerely and made sure I had it shortly thereafter. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because they DID follow up after my review and make sure I was satisfied.

Just received and signed for my order. Quick shipping with very safe/secure packaging. Even added a nice filter too! This was the second purchase from Deals All Year. First purchase a couple of months ago was a Canon 5Dsr, and now this Canon 100-400 MKII. Both fantastic pieces of gear with prices that just cannot be beat. Friendly/honest folks too! My Rebel camera totally needed a cleaning, it was delaying my shots when I was on sports mode. Plus it was blurry when looking inside to take the picture. I Googled and found a local camera place, Deals All Year, that does it. In addition to the camera & shutter cleaning, they checked out the calibrations, along with the imperfections of the sensor. I couldn't be more happier, everything is working and looking like new. It was $85 well spent.

I love to take photo on my spare time, i was looking for a Sony 100-400mm telephoto-zoom lens and I've been pricing around for a while until I stumbled on deals all year's website by accident. so I called, Steven was very helpful, I told him I'd like to get the lens by Thursday, he said he'll do his best, I actually received on Wednesday, 1 day early with decent price and great customer service.
I'll recommend Steven to anyone.

Ordered the Canon 5D Mark IV with the battery grip--great price and it arrived on time with great packaging. I had a couple of questions about the warranty. Talked to Kevin and he cleared them up. Even sent me an email to confirm what he had told me.
