I bought several jerseys from this website ddjerseys.com. They sent me the incorrect jersey and then refused to send me the correct jersey, even though it was their mistake. They wanted me to pay for shipping to send the incorrect jersey back, before they would send me the one I ordered, even though it was entirely their mistake. Then they offered to give me two free jerseys on my next order. Mind you, shipping and fees are over roughly $23 from China. So in order for me to get a free jersey (valued at $25) I have to pay additional shipping and fees. So, in my head, I say this seems fair. It will cancel out the shipping that I shouldn't have to pay for the one jersey. But then they come back and say I only get one free jersey per order and I have to place two separate orders ($23+$23=$66 shipping/fees) just to get the 2 free jerseys that they said they would give me. I thought this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my lifetime. I've been trying to get this company to do the honorable thing and just send me the correct jersey I ordered or refund me and they've done neither to this point. Now, I'm stuck with a jersey that I didn't order and they kept my money. Never order from this site. Buyer Beware.
