The representative was very helpful and friendly. She went through my account to make sure nothing else might get hit by the fraud department.

I have been dealing with not having a checking account for about one week now and finally this morning I got some real help! He stayed on the line with me and I now have all my info and it only took only about 2 hours!! YUP I was ready to give up but (I can't remember his name)I"m glad he didn't! Thank you!!

I would rate our experience 10 stars for the incredible customer service we received at the Shrewsbury Street branch and especially the personal assistance provided by Hailey. Hailey, worked well past normal business hour to ensure our accounts were attended to.

Kasilva went above and beyond helping fix the loan , get the loan canceled at auto dealer that didmt have permission and helped me log into my app . She also explained everything about tj3 loan im detail including gap .

I have been a member of DCU for 5-10 years, and I really like this bank. I have an account at another bank, and this one is much better. Better rates on CDs, easier to renew at CD (when it matures) at the same or best rate. It defaults to the best rate at the same term. My other bank moves you to a lower interest rate by default unless you go in.

You don't have to wait long when you go into the bank in person for something, and everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and competent.
