There are times when I have been too busy to read all the articles, stories and many other items. However, I don't just throw magazines in the rubbish bin but try to keep up when I have the opportunity.
My husband does read some of the articles about areas of this country and other items which he enjoys.
Keep up your good standards.

I really love the magazine.
I read all the items and tick of as I go.
The short stories and serials are first class. In fact I haven't read a novel since taking out the subscription.

No complaints about the magazine itself, though the “Royal Mail" delivery service used is a complete joke. Go without a weekly delivery & then 2 delivered together. Postal mail seems to be delivered on one day every 14 days.

Three editions, December 2025, March 2026 and now April 2026, are yet to be received and there has been no response to my email of 30 March 2026 regarding the December 2025 and March 2026 editions

Great magazine stories, articles, good delivery to Australia subscriptions well priced.

In 2024 I went ‘home’ from Australia to visit family in Scotland. My son and I visited Dundee, and called in at your office- a good excuse to renew my subscription! We were made so very welcome and taken around to have a good look at the whole place. This was such a friendly gesture- absolutely an unexpected kindness and so very much appreciated.
As a wee girl - long ago as I am now 86- in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, I used to enjoy The Broons and your Comics.
Your publications are so much entwined with Scottish Culture.

getting my magazine regularly, especially if I am away on holiday. Friendly helpful staff .Great stories and diverse articles.

The magazine I receive is good value and the content is good.

However, there have been several occasions when I have not received the magazine. Hence my score.

Staff responding to 'phone enquiries are friendly and efficient and their patience is appreciated.

The magazine is for my mother and she looks forward to it arriving every week. We both enjoy the stories, Riverside in particular, but also the information pages, (Think Green be Green, Health and Well being, Brainteasers).
The only thing we are disappointed with is the editing of the stories, there are often spelling mistakes, incorrect names of characters or wrong sex given, i.e. he instead of she. Simple mistakes that should have been picked up when proof reading!
