Dealing with dbiss was very straightforward. All initial communication with Andrew was via e-mail and liaising between him and the estate agent was very easy and without any issues.

The report that he generated (level 2 for us) was comprehensive and we were able to chat on the phone about it also.

Andrew was thoroughly professional throughout and very good to deal with.

The RICS Survey 3 has been carried out with attention to details. It has been very informative and eye opening.

First time buyer here - booked this without having a single chat over the phone and was pleased with the service. The verbal initial call post inspection was too much to handle at once but Andrew was patient.

The level 3 report was detailed and required quite a few reads and overall was very thorough.

Can't fault anything, if anything, it was too detailed (for example a not working light);

Also the price was cheaper than others I've had quoted, which was one of the important points for me - so very glad with the service.

Wow! What an amazing service from Andrew! As a first time buyer I could not be happier with the service and report i recieved for a Level 3 building survey.

Andrew answered all our questions in our 1-2-1 phone call which lasted about 45 minutes and he was very patient and polite. The report was very detailed, easy to understand and Andrew's expertise is evident throughout.

He was open and honest about the condition of the house and areas we should investigate further. He went above and beyond to explain things in more detail we didn't fully understand, this has helped us greatly when buying our first home.
