Jody was great helping me set up our reservation for three days of meetings. She explained all the options and helped me complete the reservation when the online reservation system had issues.

Easy set up for temp office space

When I booked a meeting room through DaVinci their website refreshed and defaulted the reservation settings back to today's date causing me to book the reservation for the same day in error. I went to move the reservation and they charged me a duplicate fee of $252 for a new reservation on a different date. When I called up their customer support to refund the duplicate charge I was told that since I was the one booking the reservation there is nothing they would do and would not refund the duplicate payment.

I apologize for the situation and miscommunication regarding the policies. We do have a 48 business hour policy when it comes to making changes, however; if we had received the call same day, we would have been able to waive the fee and work with you. We are unable to do so after the reservation has concluded, as that is when we are invoiced for the services by the location. If ever a booking is accidentally submitted for the wrong date, I recommend giving us a call so that we may assist you in real time and ensure everything is handled before the booking takes place. The image below is the outgoing call log from my cellphone. I share this because you’ll note the call placed to DaVinci meeting rooms on the day that the original booking was made. Unfortunately I neither transcribed the call nor remember the name of the person to whom I spoke but I can represent that the content of the call was me being aware of your near term cancelation policies and having recognized the original mistake I was calling your staff to confirm that I was not going to be duplicate billed for the reservation once moved. The individual whom I spoke to on the 24th reassured me that I would not be double-billed so you can imagine my surprise (and see the subsequent inquiry call on the 30th) when I saw the duplicate transaction.

I’m sure you can empathize with my frustration with your organization when I anticipated/executed the steps that you outlined as preventative to this issue and the outcome has been the same.

It was so easy to set up! Thank you! I'm going to make another reservation office space right now actually! So 5 stars from me!!

Angelia made the process so easy and explained what I needed to do then followed up with written instructions and confirmation. She was outstanding and I train customer service.

I booked a meeting room with Davinci Offices for a location in Auckland, New Zealand. The price on the website was displayed in dollars with no mention of USD anywhere during the booking process. Only after being charged did I discover they billed me in USD, making the real cost significantly higher than expected.
The refused to refund me despite this deceptive pricing practice, using the excuse that they had hidden that all prices were in USD in the terms and conditions.

Angela did a Five-star service in helping g me as a new customer get these two reservations 380517 & 380518. She is professional and kind. I will be back again because of her assistance.

The meeting room was easy to book and did meet our business needs. However, the staff was lack luster, the AC wasn’t working (or they never turned it on) and the elevator was also down. We would book here again if the staff was friendlier and they could confirm working AC.

Used for a Podcast episode recording in St. Louis when I was desperate for a place. It wasn't my first pick the room was kinda vanilla but it worked and I was able to get my podcast recorded with my guest in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind!

This was the perfect location for me to use the facilities for my business needs for the day. The staff was extremely accommodating. If you’re ever in need of an office space for rent or meeting space. Please check this gem out.

The room was great. Internet worked well. The lady at the entrance was super nice. Only minus was to find the place. It's not labeled with DaVinci. Also in the booking confirmation E-Mail I couldn't fine the exact location. It would be helpful to mention which floor and the label on the doorbell.

The meeting room was great. It was nice and profesisonal and quiet. It was easy to book. When I showed up the receptionist let me right in. However, why I am giving this only 3 stars is because of the price change. When I looked at the website it said $20 an hour. I needed two hours - which I thought would be $40. However, when I went to check out - the price per hour was $28 and a $10 service (whatever that is). As such, the total price was $66 instead of what I thought would $40. I thought the pricing was misleading.
