Recently completed on a house purchase in Crouch End and the agent dealing with us was Shakir. He was courteous, professional and always had a positive mind set which are important attributes required when trying to close a property transaction in England.
The transaction itself was a bit of a rodeo given the owner is based down under but Shakir shepherded this through very efficiently.
Strongly recommend this agent and Shakir in particular is ace!

She engaged on my behalf and provided the plumbing documentation necessary to protect my rights. This involved sending documents and speaking on the phone to the water provider.
