Helpful and friendly, could not ask for better service

The adviser understood my problem and gave me advice on how to move forward in getting a resolution. He also provided a template letter that I can use to send to my neighbour and provided his details so that I can contact him again directly if I need further help with this issue.

Tom was very helpful and sent me a link of how to access a template (which I thought would be very useful) to help with my particular scenario, however I couldn't access the template! I am hoping that he will re-send that to my email.

I couldn't recommend Paul any higher! At all times he kept me informed and I felt he had my best interests at heart the whole time.

Paul Rosser provided an excellent service and we are very content with the outcome. The legal process is always slow but Paul kept moving things along and kept us well informed.

DAS Legal Expenses are cheaters and most dishonest. I claimed Legal expenses as part of my insurance and they took 15 working days to just put my claim on the system. They promised to allocate a Solicitor which didn't happen up until today and they say that the Solicitor may take your case and all invoices will be in your name. They are refusing to pay rent arrears which I am covered. Pathetic service and very very rude. Stay away from them.

Elisa was very patient and fully understood the details of the case and was also very clear and appropriate in her legal advice. It was a pleasure speaking to her and I found her incredibly helpful.

DAS Legal went the extra mile for me today: we discussed quite a complicated scenario, identified 4 points for advice. DAS then researched the current law and called back within the hour, as promised. Further discussion for a few minutes and I got the clarifications I needed. I am a retired Solicitor but don't know everything. I was impressed by the lady lawyer's quick grasp of the issues, reliability (she did what she said she would do), her friendly manner and no use of legal jargon.

Legal expenses cover only costs say £30 a year. Worth every £ ! Thank you DAS Legal.

I was recommended this company through my insurance company. Stay well away from this company they haven't a clue lost medical records etc. I wouldnt use Das every again they haven't a clue. The accident was in 2019 took till August 2022 to complete it. They use a company called speed medical between them they are notorious for losing medical records

Frequent updates as to progress of case, always happy to explain procedures and technical queries. Generally helpful and very courteous.
