Not satisfied with the Payment system and cancellation.

Background: I want Daraz to succeed and be smooth and reliable., But... I have placed five orders with Daraz Nepal. Each time it gives me the option to pay cash on delivery. (NB: This depends on the particular seller within their system.) Not yet trusting Daraz with my credit card info I chose COD. In each case the order is confirmed and then canceled. Each time I receive 2-4 identical emails to tell me that the order was canceled because payment was not made on time. From time to time the option to pick up from a specified location is offered -- but this does not happen consistently, and one has to wait for the option to pop up -- because the site designer failed to add an easy, obvious link / button. If you place something in your cart, then remove it, you can generate an "order cancelled" notice. Again, however, this does not happen consistently. All in all the site's operation is clumsy, unreliable, and confidence-destroying.

worse service, after order items they wil say its 86 and refund also they will charge us. w t f

I tried to make my first order but it kept saying to contact customer service. Upon contacting them, they asked me to send the video on messenger. Why would I give them so much personal details? Clearly daraz is not made for online shopping. Better get the idea of the product and call the seller to get the item.

Very poor service. I have bought many things from daraz everytime thinking it would be better but there is not a single time I haven't returned the product. Every time they send me defective product and only get refund for items, delivery charge is not refunded Like the item is refunded because of our fault not their. Never ever buying from daraz. Have talked to daraz as well as seller but their response was not satisfactory. As if they dont care at all. They will get delivery charge whats so ever so why to try slove the issue.

Try to reschedule the delivery and contacted customer care via phone and chat. They weren't able to resolve my issues.
Worst customer service ever experienced don't recommend to anyone if you are using.

The problem is not necessarily with Daraz as such, though I do believe that they do have a rssponsibility for quality control of the goods provided by their suppliers, what is not always the case it seems. The bigger problem is with their delivery service provider, NP-DEX. Some of their delivery persons are utterly unreliable.

Returned an item was told they cannot give me a refund because the product was not defected as checked by their highly professional team, bunch of rubbish. Their return policy is rubbish they will not give you a refund if they think the the product works for them but it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work for you. Never going to use daraz again, this is the first and last time and I ask people to avoid this company as much as possible.

I buyed ups for WiFi router yesterday.The device has been supposed to give backup for 4 hours. But the product which I received just gave backup for 20 minute's. I thought I need charged one more day to assure that either device is damaged or not.But even after one day of using it. It functionality is totally disappointing. This will be my first and last time to take service from Daraz online.

No doubt Daraz platform is good for purchasing but seller are a bit unprofessional. They even don't know how to place product specifications. They just Google about the product and past copied text which actually doesn't match with original product.

Very very disrespectful, rude, miserable, very bad communication and it is so unreal that this company still exists. I would never recommend my enemy to use daraz.com .

Fraud !!! Scammer, the only thing they do is rip people off,, worst customer service, never deliver the full order and don’t refund, sellers are fraudsters too, whenever we ask about the order being not delivered or any other issues they just block you.. there are other websites more trustworthy than this like sastodeal, thulo and many more, if u don’t want to be ripped off just don’t buy anything. I ordered more than 7/8 times but everytime they have disappointed me, I am not in Nepal that’s the reason I am unable to do anything..

Been using their services for quite a bit and have never had an issue with the quality of their products. Online e-products working great as well. Only issue I have is they usually deliver when I'm a little caught up, though I've set a preferred delivery time. Everything else has been good.

Very very very disappointed with the electrical item.. not even working at all.. this is like third time they gave me damaged item...not happy....

They sent defected electric items. Their login system is worst and could not return.

They sent item with very little expiry date (just 19 days and it is not possible to consume it within this short time). When asked for exchange, they say that if there is expiry date at the time of delivery, they can't return or exchange. So ridiculous and bad policy.

Their service is really frustrating. They could not deliver the items that I have ordered from them.They did not have the items and promised to refund the money. I have not received the money which is more than 4 weeks..

Dear Peoples please don't use Daraz Nepal this people will put in website and advertise inside valley delivery withing 24hours service but at the end you will received your delivery after 1 week and customer service worst. they will chating with you like hi hello hmm just like friend you request them for fast delivery they will say okey but no action. if there is zero star i will zero star.

Hello, please don't ever use Daraz, they are scammers taking payments from customers i have chats, emails and call recording, they kept saying that the orders are in processing you will receive the orders for sure, all are liers,Their strategy to gain more trafic on their website, please save your time and money do not order.
