My worst experience ever with my first purchase of two expensive pieces of furniture. Both came defective and damaged. It is impossible to return products as Daraz wanted me to send the furnitures in original packaging although images of defects and damages had been sent to Daraz and its scammer suppliers. One piece of furniture came without wheels. After contacting the supplier , the supplier asked me to purchase the wheels from the market and install it by my self! The communication took place through Daraz's messaging system and Daraz kept silent. No return no compensation. The other piece came with a heavy dent. I sent images to Daraz and the supplier. All I got is a call from daraz acknowledging my complaint and thats all. I feel the need of real ecommerce platforms like Amazon or Ebay in Bangladesh's billion dollars local ecommerce market. If that happens then we do not have to deal with scammer like Daraz BD which is scoring in an empty field with no competition and thus could get away with it because there is no real alternative at the moment. If you really want value for your hard earned money please avoid daraz bd and shop traditional way.or atleast do not buy expensive items or bulky items. Only buy from daraz when you really want to buy a cheap quality to meet your need.

Daraz customer service has become so BAD. Their helpline 16492 is just useless. Nobody answer the phone maximum time. Live chat is not just useless, with automated answer, its laughable. For one of my order, which is now delayed for at least 4-5 days from scheduled delivery time, I just keep calling this number 16492 to complain about delivery. NOBODY is answering the phone for 2 days. My mobile balance was 120 tk before calling this number. But, even if they are not answering it keeps cutting my balance & now I have only 2 tk left....I am beyond frustrated. Everything has its limits. This is not online shopping service. This has become a joke, where you cant complain to anybody. Specially, there is a "Paperfly" shipping service that daraz use,which is more than worse. This "Paperfly" delay every possible product delivery in Chittagong. I am giving daraz 3 stars bcs, their delivery mans behavior is good maximum times. Otherwise, this kind of service deserve 1 star

I ordered few essential items , 7 days ago there is no sign of the items . The groceries i can buy from shop below my house , I just wanted to maintain lockdown , but funny is - for one order around 20 items they sent 4 deliveries - ( hey wait still coming !!! more ) ; I wanted to avoid people - buy i already had to face 4 different courier guy . This is a total joke ecommerce site .

I purchased a product about 4 days ago and still have not yet received this item, every time you call them, they say it's on its way and it's still coming maybe it will take you a month or years who knows. I feel like I've been scammed. I am very disappointed with this company and with their client assistance. Thank you

first they deliver wrong product... then with the return you select pick up from your place, the rider calls you and you tell him you will be there in half an hr. In one hour your order changes into drop off. You call customer service they treat you like an uneducated piece of poop and tell you that you asked for drop off and you ran out of time. imagine this happening to your parents and uncles and aunts who are not tech savvy... they bank on people with their loopholes and cheat humble people schemes. we need to take them to court. make a group and gather evidence and sue them. teach them a lesson. alone we will be in trouble but a group of 100 or close they will get done properly. send me your evidence and complaints at zeenzeryron for my gmail ;) account. I have a few lawyers we will see what we can do for you.

Daraz is exactly what turns away buyers from ecommerce stores. Their incompetence is legendary! It is amazing how such a large ecommerce platform can afford to scam its buyers like they do. Most of the time the product will be delivered late, or the completely wrong product will be delivered. And then the pain of the returns begins. Good luck getting your product returned properly!

Service is good but sellers of daraz and their products are soo low quality.

After sales service is extreemly poor. I purchased a FAN from daraz. It got out of order within warrenty period. Send back for servicing. It is about 54 days I didnt get my product serviced back. The seller says he serviced the product by 7 days after getting. But when I ask to daraz customer agent. They say we are extreemly sorry etc, they will knock me soon. I asked them when I will get it back. They say sorry sir there is no commitment for this service....what a joke!
