মানুষকে লুট করার ধান্দায় নামছে। আমি কোনো ordar ই করিনি অথচ সকাল সকাল ফোন দিয়ে বলে আমার নাকি পার্সেল এসেছে। এমনকি ঠিকানাও ভুল শুধু নাম্বারটা সঠিক। জীবনে প্রথম এরকম বাজে হয়রানির শিকার হয়েছি। দারাজকে লাথি মেরে online business থেকে বাতিল করা উচিত

Nothing goes right never in daraz.Full of scammar inside and out.From Daraz Bangladesh Hq to seller..even courier service act like same.Never received actual product whatsoever. They're operating here illegally for sure..

*These scammers(Daraz)take way too much tax.
*They have broken hubs.
*They replace products in hub with torn clothes and shit and give them to customer and take sellers products.
*Seller receive wrong products when they receive their return product.
*Their bots are freaking out of their mind and don't support sellers either.
• They also randomly delete products and edit description and price of products without seller's permission.

Being an elderly person, I like the idea of a delivery service. On multiple occasions, I did not receive my ordered items from Daraz. After complaining about the issue, Daraz took several days to investigate. They finally decided that the items were delivered to me. There is huge problem with this process which Daraz would not admit.
My advice to my fellow customers, "please do not pay in advance but prefer cash on delivery." Otherwise Daraz process will swallow up your money.

Daraz is not a good online dealer, so don't buy from them. I did not receive my goods. One month after the delivery date, I received an email congratulating me on the successful delivery. Customers are receiving their ordered products or not. Daraz is not being handled in a serious manner.

The listings are approved by apes. 90% items are NOT listed in their proper categories.
"Western Wear" category is 90% traditional clothes, electronics, etc. "Basil Seeds" will show you toilet seats, showerheads, etc.
Pathetic coding of the search function too.

The profile and address editing is pathetically bugged and now, I can't even log in on PC with Facebook today. Just, the only online shop system in my country and it's just unhelpful and rigged. So shady and stupid!

worst customer support and product quality

Daraz is totally run a fraud business. 17 august i was received a product but it was totally bad. Than i returned it but 2 months have past since they are not refund it. Me and my family totally avoid daraz shopping

I can't order here next time. that's refund policy is very bad.,

But one question about daraz where do they collect online product .
Bangladesh law enforcement agency should immediately stop or ban daraz fraud e-commerce business like evaly .
Be aware: they will do attractive customer return but no return no money back .
At the time many online business wants advanced payment that is totally fake rules and scam process loot people money if people do not aware .they are all stuff dangerous for online business .

Daraz is a e-commerce website in Bangladesh. Here sellers can sell their product. Sometimes you get trustworthy seller who gives you the right product in the right price, and sometimes you get some type of sellers that, they will show you something, but when you will order it, they will give another thing. This is the main problem. Sellers are not honest.

Very slow delivery. Totally not recommended.

I placed an order which was supposed to reach within 8 Sept. 2024. It is 10th Sept. 2024 today, still not received.

The funniest thing is that still expected delivery time is showing 8th Sept. 2024.

Daraz is just a portal of sluggish people.

I ordered a product from Daraz, and after waiting nearly a month for it to arrive from China, I had a terrible experience. The delivery man never tried to reach me and falsely changed the status to say that I was unavailable. When I received a message stating that he was trying to reach me, I called the number provided at least 21 times with no answer.

The delivery man was dishonest, claiming I was unreachable while I was in my room with my phone available the whole time. When I contacted Daraz customer care, they told me that since the delivery failed, I would need to reorder the product. This is unacceptable—what about my time and frustration?

This was the worst experience I've had with Daraz, and I am extremely disappointed with their service.

The delivery system of daraz is horrendous. I got an extreme bitter experience today. I'm from Narayanganj. I purchased a phone case from China. Obviously as an overseas item it takes long times to reach Bangladesh. However, on Thursday I got a SMS that the parcel will be delivered today by Paperfly. There was a delivery man mobile contact name and number. I called him several times, during the day. He told me the parcel will be delivered by today. But at the end of the day, he didn't come. On Saturday, another SMS has come with different person from Paperfly. Same thing happened, whole day I was waiting for him, but he gave different time but at the end of the day, he said he will come tomorrow. Today morning I checked my phone App and the delivery status is showing, due to multiple failed delivery attempts the delivery has cancelled. What the F? Who made attempts? The delivery man or the customer. I called the customer care, they only said sorry. This is not the first time these kind of things are happening with daraz delivery. They do monopoly business and advertise fantasy. But I guarantee, they will be out of business in Bangladesh very soon with such kind of horrific service. Shame on you Daraz and your advertising gimic.
