Because of my arthritic fingers it was a challenge choosing the correct size ring - however we had a very patient lady assistant
And success l love my V silver ring x

They checked with me about some engraving they were doing
Because they felt that it was better in a different way to what I had agreed to when purchasing
Their observations were correct I thought this was a great personal touch

Having been a regular customer for a few years, we decided to buy signet rings for the family as Christmas presents this year.
We created a design which they engraved on for us.
Nothing was too much trouble for the engraving and customer services team. But also, the Lincoln store staff helped in every way. Fabulous service and staff!

Bought my gold cuff and several other items from the Cleethorpes shop, Jo and her team were amazing, very helpful and very knowledgeable , the shop has a warm and happy atmosphere, no pressure to buy a joy to shop there.

I had bought the gift for my partner to thank him for all the support he is giving me with my recent cancer diagnosis. I got chatting with the lady who served me and ended up crying in the Beverley store. She was so lovely and supportive and gave me lots of hugs and made me not feel embarrassed for getting upset. Friendly helpful staff in Leeds. Have purchased previously in other stores and has always been a pleasant experience. Bought the large Star pendant in silver and love it the quality is great. The choice of jewellery is vast and love to explore the ranges.

I recently contacted Daniella Draper after my bangle broke, it was a sentimental piece I’d had for over a year. The team couldn’t have been more helpful. Olivia from the customer was so kind and offered to repair and replace the charm free of charge, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to find such genuine, caring customer service, and it means a lot when something has sentimental value.I look forward to having the gorgeous bracelet back on my wrist! I’m so grateful and will definitely continue to shop with Daniella Draper.

Absolutely amazing service from Hayley in the Windermere store yesterday. From the minute you arrive, the team are attentive, listen to what you’re looking for and provide a truly bespoke service. I needed a new piece resizing down and it was quite an awkward design to make smaller. However, she sorted this quickly and efficiently. The same goes for an issue with a gift card I was trying to use. Thank you so much!
