The process was simple. The clothing was beautifully made, the material is gorgeous and it fits perfectly.

Appalling customer service. I ordered items 2 weeks ago. Still haven't shipped according to tracking. Can't get any response from Dangerfield about my order. Worst online shopping experience ever. Thinking I will likely need to lodge a query through the bank now to get my money back.

Poor quality, print peeled in first wash on t shirt. Purchase the exact same shirt again as my daughter loved it, washed in gentle cycle and print peeled again.
Contacted Dangerfield was told have to return both items via post for their quality team to assess if it’s a faulty product, they don’t accept description and photo as proof of faulty product

Ordering is easy as I'm in your system. I adore everything about my scarf which is exactly as I hoped it would be.

in regards to physical interaction, it is the worst thing for people with social issues, or atleast in my dangerfield store, they immediately approach you and start just advertising to your face, even if you say ‘just browsing’ when they first ask, they just immediately reply with ‘that’s fine, but we are currently having this sale right now’, even though they are literal signs that say the exact same thing.

In regards to product quality, I didn’t buy any clothes so I can’t comment on that but I did buy a wallet, it was 30 dollars and it was cute. Pink and floral with cats, the outer design was adorable, but within the first month of using it, it immediately started to tear. The walls of the wallet came off the floor of the wallet so any cash I try to slip in my wallet goes under and to the other slot which is annoying. It is a 30 dollar wallet yet acts like it’s 5 dollars. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying any products from there.

From ordering to delivery everything is really awesome!! Easy to order, great communication with deliveries, excellent quality clothing and jewellery.

Purchased online, item shipping was delayed, multiple emails received explaining the delay but when the item arrived it was faulty (and a quite obvious fault, it was not subtle and no way it occurred during delivery). When i contacted support, radio silence, still no response, not even an auto reply. Can only assume it is a slimy attempt at a money grab and/or they are woefully incompetent. Will never fall for their ads and will never shop from here again

I love the quality of Dangerfield's clothing! Not only is it awesome to look at, the stitching is beautiful, the details are great, and almost everything is either faced or fully lined!
The online shopping is great. My latest order is coming from 4 different stores (with only one initial postage charge), and the email updates let me know what's going on every step of the way.

You never go wrong with dangerfield there clothes are so well made and tailored to fit or shape and sized. You or ways feel so pretty and confident in wearing them. I have never had a problem buying online the company or ways post it on time and I love it in the tissue paper they used.

The fabrics are high quality and the clothes well made. I like the wonderful prints and colours. I particularly like the culottes and pants with elastic at the back. I always receive my orders quickly. Great variety.

its not real punk if you are manufacturing all your brand items from chinese sweat houses and reselling for 5x the price !!! throw the business away honestly they went so downhill 😭 never in my life have i had a brand new pair of baggy fitting clothing randomly rip on me like that purely from touching them. my hand tugged a zip and poof gone. these jorts would have been sold at $70.

Worst customer service ever! Will not refund you on items and will automatically send you a gift voucher instead. They don’t care that’s illegal under consumer law

I ordered online a few years ago and swore I’d never do it again. Delivery took weeks and communication/customer service was woeful but when I had the opportunity to visit a store (don’t live close to one), I mentioned the experience to the assistant and she said they’ve improved. So, cautiously, I tried online again. My order was processed really quickly but that’s where any improvements, ended. The Auspost label was created but the parcel wasn’t taken to the post office for nearly another week! Do they only take online orders to the PO once a week? Or is it just random? It’s such a shame that they can’t manage to get their act together

So strange seeing all the bad reviews, as my experience was 100% positive. Speedy delivery all the way to the UK (arrived in less than a week), lovely items, great quality, fit perfectly. Couldn’t fault any of it.

I ordered from here because I saw they were having a sale, then came to trustpilot and got really worried seeing all the 1star reviews… I don’t know if it’s the internal Australia shipping that everyone seems to be struggling with, because I had no issues having these delivered to the UK. It took a week for my item to be shipped, but they emailed twice to say we haven’t forgotten about you, we’re processing these. They sent them with DHL express and from them being shipped on Monday they arrived the same week Thursday. I ordered an item that was from Princess Highway and found it to be super high quality, can’t fault it. I’m guessing the internal shipping is the equivalent of using Evri in the uk where it can be really hit and miss but for UK shipping DHL had it here super quick and updated me along the way. Thankfully I didn’t need customer service so can’t comment on that, but I’d use this site again as an international shopper.
