Can’t view it in the app I just get a…
Can’t view it in the app I just get a white screen.
Also can’t save it to hard drive/ memory stick…. A lot of money to only be able to view on line.
Wouldn’t buy again for these reasons

Unhappy that DVD was not available
Unhappy that DVD was not available. Unable to download viewing app on to our smart TV so had to screen mirror from phone, which wasn’t great quality. Our family members without Smart TV’s were unable to watch the show.

Massively disappointing
Took ages to be ready . Only works on iPhone or iPad when you want to share it with the children involved and watch it as a family. Impersonal as a download as opposed to dvd. Expensive.

Thanks for taking the time to write these comments. I’d like to address some of the points you have made.
Every show we film takes around 4-6 weeks to edit and complete. This timeframe is clearly stated in the show description when you pre-order, so we’re sorry if you missed that detail.
Your comment about it only working on iPhone or iPad is incorrect and maybe misleading to others.
We use a trusted multimedia platform to distribute our digital downloads, which allows the show to be downloaded and kept forever in 4K (4x the picture quality of a DVD) and streamed using either: Apple TV App, Amazon Fire TV App, Android TV App, iPhone & iPad App, Android Phone & Tablet App, Chromecast, Smartphone and Tablet Browsers, Desktop, Laptop and Smart TV Browsers.
So we have made sure the digital downloads can be streamed on a wide range of devices and the majority of TVs by using one of these methods.

I havent received my order yet
I havent received my order yet, I ordered a digital copy and have not been inform when I will receive my order.
I ordered this in July, received an email on September 2nd advising me that it has been dispatched even though it's a digital download.
