I ordered a black leather hooded Fur jacket, size 3X.But when it came, it was more like a size one x or a large. I was instructed to take pictures to show that I could not fit the jacket.I did everything that was asked of me to be told that I could not have a refund but they offered me a fifteen percent discount toward my next purchase. I responded with "why would I make another purchase when I cannot fit your clothes?" They then offered me twenty five percent after they told me that their store policy was that they could only offer me fifteen percent! I read in someone's complaint that they offered them fifty percent.

This is not a store that I would ever do business with again.I had to sell the jacket for a $100 on a friend's Facebook page, and I also wrote a review and she posted that as well to not shop with them. Do not do business with them. And yes, I will bash them. I have nothing good to say about their policies. This is one of those Asian or chinese stores. Once they get your money, they don't give a damn what happens to the customer. And then I've also read that some people have not even received their merchandise. Well mines took over a month and a 1/2 or maybe two months to receive, and once I got it, it was very little.
I told them that I was going to give them a bad review to be told that they are sorry that I was confused. I replied that I wasn't confused about anything.

I was really disappointed as a first-time customer using their website. My package never came to me and they offered no assistance in trying to rectify the situation or send me a new order. I will not be ordering again from this website as I don't trust it.

I would give them zero stars if I could. What was offered online was a beautiful stained glass item when I received was a cheap piece of plastic that looked absolutely nothing like it. After contacting customer support over three times they have done absolutely nothing. They asked for pictures and I sent them the picture that was posted online and pictures of what I received. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

The jacket I ordered it’s completely different in reality! It was 50.00 and it looks cheap and bad material. When I asked for a refund they stopped replying to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

The wig I ordered was advertised to be a lace front human hair wig with highlights and what I received was a synthetic botched together with black thread and shinier than a Halloween tinsel, foil, costume wig. I could not believe it. The level of deceit was on the highest level. But, it is a lesson learned that their are greedy, wicked, and deceitful people in this world and God will deal with them.

This is THE Worst company I've Ever ordered from!!! 1 pair of pants and they ran small but I'm not even going through the hardship of returning them as it already took 3 weeks to arrive not to mention the $7.80 charge on top of the free delivery!
Yikes!!! Bad business and w9nt be ordering from this store anymore!

Would not take my return. Don't believe it when they say "return within 30 days".
I did everything they asked for the return just to tell me that they won't pay back more than 30% of my order and tried to sell me more shoes!!!

After placing my order I received a message offering me 50% off my order for writing.

Ordered a magnifying mirror with 10x magnification, but never received a proper order confirmation, only shipping notices. Then they sent me a confusing email about something else that had nothing to do with my order, a sign that they have no clue what they’re doing, or maybe that’s their way of confusing their customers? After a month of checking on shipping delays I received a 3x mirror. They say I ordered 3x, which is not true because I already have a 3x, and needed a more powerful one. After 2 months of very slow email responses they want me to ship it all the way back to China at my expense before reimbursing me. That will cost almost as much as the original purchase.
