Details: We are researchers, and after shopping around, it was easy to weed out "sales pitch" from real knowledge. They show you all your choices and don't insist the most expensive, top of the line, is the one for you! We left knowing we bought the product that best suited us, for the price we were comfortable paying, especially after comparing with other stores. We are so happy we found Dallas Natural Mattress!

Dallas Natural Mattress is a phenomenal store, and James the owner embodies the definition of superb customer service. We bought a Legget and Platt adjustable base, and everything from selecting our model to delivery, installation, and questions has added up to a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Dallas Natural Mattress!!!

Great products that do not give off any off-gassing. I feel much better about buying a mattress from them that my young kids will be sleeping on. I have now bought 5 mattress and a box spring. Would definitely recommend.

I came in knowing I wanted a plush latex mattress. James was very knowledgeable and walked me through the all of the options thoroughly. I ended up buying a Pure Talalay Bliss mattress and wool mattress pad that I’m super excited about!!

I placed my order 3-4 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten a conformation number from them; I haven’t heard from them. I have never ordered online from a company before that doesn’t take your credit card number at the time of your order. When ordering, the site said something like, ‘they would settle up with me’ in __(?) wks.
They were having a Summer sale on the item so I wanted to make sure to get the sale price.
Do they not really sell the product they advertised? Have I just slipped through the cracks? Was this site a legitimate store? I don’t know.
I will up grade my rating if I ever hear from them. Luckily I didn’t give them my cc!

UPDATE: apparently I did fall through the cracks! This company is a brick and mortar store trying to establish online ordering! I was finally able to get ahold of James to put my order in for the Savvy Rest Puddle pad. He was very friendly and apologetic about the glitch.. He honored the sale price. The only disappointing part of the order was that he said it could take 3-4 wks. To receive the puddle pad! I will update my review when the order is received. PB

So happy to have found this place 3 years ago when I moved to Dallas.
I just bought a house and I am coming back to satisfy my bedroom needs.
Beyond the products quality, the guy who works there treats people like they use to, back then when humble owners and salesman were the same person.
He is willing to sweat his shirt and help you out with your item to carry on to the parking lot, and even to tight out and secure you purchase.
So grateful.

Due to moderate to severe scoliosis, it is very difficult for me to find a bed which I can sleep comfortably on. James was beyond patient while working with me to find a solution to my sleeping issues. His knowledge and creative thinking were invaluable. I’m sorry that I didn’t get back to you sooner, but life, not lack of sleep, got in the way. Thank you, James, for going above and beyond with all of your help.

6-29-19: It's been 6 weeks since I've ordered and still have yet to receive my mattress/box & pillows. I was told at time of order it would be 2-3 weeks for items to come in and be delivered to me. Store personnel were not proactive in contacting me regarding this delay, I've had to contact them to see why this is taking so long. The store personnel were not proactive in reaching out to the companies supplying the box and pillows to check why their shipments were taking abnormally long. I was finally contacted by the store at 5 weeks to say my order has com in and another person would be contacting me later that same day to schedule delivery. That other person never called. I had to call back a few days later to check on delivery scheduling and was told again that the delivery scheduler would be contacting me that day, they never have and that was 4 days ago. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service after an order has been placed. Store personnel is very nice and helpful while you're in the store so you'll buy, but after that they really drop the ball. It's anyone's guess now as to when or if I'll ever receive my order.

Update 7-15-19: My mattress, box, and pillow were finally delivered at 6.5 weeks after ordering. The delivery person was very nice and courteous.

When told that hip replacement surgery was necessary, I realized that my mattress would need to be replaced. My wife and I “ran the gauntlet” of high-pressure sales pitches, brand name marketing gimmicks, and occasional misinformation at all the well-known furniture/mattress retailers. Fortunately, we discovered Dallas Natural Mattress. Chris took the time to listen and to assess and clarify our needs before he made any suggestions, a truly refreshing experience that differentiated DNM from all of the other retailers we visited. Bottom line… don’t make a major mattress/sleep system purchase in the DFW Metroplex without first shopping at Dallas Natural Mattress.

If So go see James. He is a mattress guru. He helped me with some side sleeper shoulder issues. He also showed me some of his custom mattress creations. Seriously go here if you want better and more sleep.

James is a mattress wizard. I told him that I just moved to Texas, and I desperately needed a new mattress. He gave me a very generous price, and helped my family out. I think he would give you the shirt off his back, if you needed it. He showed me how he custom made some of his mattresses. He is an energetic guy with some funny stories. I was impressed at the selection of organic and natural mattress options. Would recommend!

If you've never been to Dallas Natural Mattress you're missing out-they have the most incredible selection of natural mattresses, toppers, pillows, and bed frames around. They also carry some amazing handmade bed linens and bath towels. The customer service provided by James was above and beyond-he is knowledgeable and thoughtful. Go and check out the store-you won't be disappointed!

Comfortable Mattress with affordable prices!

We love it!!!
It took us a week or two to get used to having such a nice bed. Haha

I smile EVERY time I lay down in bed. Not only because it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had, but because of the peace of mind I get from knowing I’m not constantly inhaling chemicals every night.

Dallas Natural Mattress; I highly recommend Them. Christian, is wonderful and James isn't half bad either. They both take their time and don’t use high pressure tactics to get you to buy anything ever.

Needed to upgrade my mattress. Went to a variety of stores and generally found the sales staff to be pushy and vulture-like. Stopped in Dallas Natural Mattress and found the atmosphere to be much more laid back. Was nice to try out beds on my own without someone hovering over me. Ended up purchasing a new latex mattress and am very happy with the purchase.

Most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Great service and they only carry healthy mattress and bedding products. Highly recommended!
