Been waiting three months for a pair of shoe get no response when I emailed but on the tracking it says delivery been cancelled but haven’t had a refund nothing from the company wouldn’t order from here again

On the 08th August 2026 I paid £19.99 for a pair of sandals from a company on Instagram. They were called Mary & Poppy.
On the 13th of August, I got an email from them to say that they had received my request to cancel and would issue a refund.
I did not cancel the order and emailed them; however, the email bounced back, and the link to the shop was no longer active and the website closed down.

Trust
Pilot do not allow email addresses to be posted but this is readily available by searching the companies below. The email is the same for all.

I have also reported this to Shopify who they sell through.

I did some investigating by using their website email and found several other companies had been set up.

Horrible customer service, have not received a response to my 4 emails and have yet to receive my order from almost a month ago. I just want me money back. This should be illegal.

cannot even give one star. Ordered 2 months ago. Nothing. I’ve written to them multiple times. It’s a shame as my friend had no problem with their company. But HORRIBLE customer service. I don’t understand how they are legally allowed to operate.

Even giving 1 star is a stretch. Their customer service is AWFUL do not buy from this place. I ordered trousers over a month ago and still not received them. I reached out after 15days and they said that it had been dispatched… 15days later still no sign of them. I email them multiple times and they finally get back to me to say it hasn’t even been processed?? Even though I had an email to say it was on their way. When I asked for a refund seeing as it hadn’t been processed they ghosted me. I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting them on instagram and still nothing. Do not buy from them, absolute scammers

I would strongly advise against ordering from Daisy Grace. I ordered size M and received 2XXL instead. I contacted customer service immediately, but they kept delaying the communication until the return period expired. Now they refuse a refund or replacement, even though I have photo proof and the full email history. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional customer service.

Bought wide leg trousers. Long wait for delivery. Material feels cheap, like children’s school trousers. Fit is not great. They have elasticated back waist and the pleats at the front don’t sit nicely. The wide legs are not a nice trendy shape. Don’t waste your money - there are nicer, better quality trousers in UK high street shops.

My item never arrived , they never put the tracking on it as advertised and when I requested money back they stopped replying . I had to go through my bank to get my money back for the item I never received.

Quality of pants is not good. Got suckered into buying them and am stuck with them now. Sizing is not correct. Fabric is cheap. They discourage you from returning the product.

Do not order from this company. Returns process is a scam. I ordered to the UK and was told to ship the item back to the US at great cost, but have seen here other people buying from US and being told to ship to UK. Disgusting.

I finally received these pants and I wanted to send them back or exchange them, After reading all the reviews I am disheartened, I do believe them, that there is no point in trying to return them because they give you the runaround. There goes 80.00 down the drain for pants that don’t fit and can’t be altered. I live in Canada so I don’t have a hope in hell of receiving an exchange or refund. Buyer beware. 🤬

SCAM. I wanted to return an item but was not able to because of their horrendous and unrealistic return policy. I started a dispute with my bank but when Daisy Grace learned about it, they threatened me with legal letters via email. I emailed them wanting to return and was told I will pay for shipping etc but the shipping address is to LONDON! Clearly I was not able to due to the ridiculous process. It is clearly designed for customers to not be able to return the items forcing the customers to keep it.

There is no such thing. Martin Philips is a property developer who does not work at Hargreave. There is no Hargreave and Sons LLP. Daisy Grace has taken a name close to it (HARGREAVES AND SONS - a small store in Buxton) and used it as the legal entity demanding to cancel the dispute. Otherwise there will be legal consequences.

But clearly this company is deceptive in their ways and this is a warning for people not to engage in them, nor buy their products.

I’m a UK size 6 and ordered the XS but these were still too big. The quality of the fabric is awful, and I really wish I hadn’t bought these. You have to contact them to make a return, and even then they’ll try to get you to keep them. Once they agreed, they informed me that they don’t do pre-paid labels so I’ll have to either pay £30 to send them back, or keep them and get a 5% refund!!! Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Issue with Order – Poor Quality, Incorrect Sizing, and Late Delivery
I recently received my order, and I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. The fabric quality was poor and not what I expected—it felt rough to the touch, and the threads were not properly sewn or secured. Additionally, the sizing was incorrect. I ordered a size small, but it doesn’t fit as expected and I would need to exchange it for a medium.

To add to the frustration, it took two full weeks for the item to arrive, which was longer than anticipated.

I was very impressed with Daisy Grace’s customer service. I reached out through their website because my order showed as delivered, but I hadn’t received it. To my surprise, I quickly received a detailed and thoughtful response asking for my patience and providing clear instructions on what to do next. I followed their guidance and, thankfully, discovered that my neighbor had picked up my package by mistake.

What really stood out to me was the genuine care Daisy Grace showed throughout the process. In a time when good customer service feels rare, it was refreshing to experience a company that truly values its customers. I couldn’t be more pleased.

To top it off, the pants I ordered fit perfectly and I'm going to order more! Thanks Daisy Grace!!

Waited 3 weeks for white see-through trousers. You can even see the full pockets through the fabric, it's disgusting. Got them at a 50% discount with a "summer sale" that magically always ends in 2h no matter when you go on the website. Apparently the original price is £75?? What? I wouldn't even pay £5 for that on Shein! And now I have to send them back and pay international shipping? No ta. This is a total scam. Advertise the right products and stop participating in worldwide distrust cause you'll end up drowning like every other scammy business. There's no point mate. Pack it in.

I picked up the split button cardigan in navy and it feels way more expensive than it actually was. The fabric is soft but not flimsy, and it holds its shape even after a wash. Shipping was free and came quicker than I expected.
