Good website, good communication on WhatsApp and easy to track order.

Disappointing product experience from manufacturer. Handle bars not taped, no end plugs, stem and fork twisted and not aligned. No electrical tape for handlebar tape ends.

It’s a great website, products and offers. However, the reason for a 3 star rate is because they need to work heavily on their online system. On the item description it will show product is available and after the purchase, you receive a whtsapp message saying product haven’t arrived from main supplier and you would have to wait or request a refund. This is very frustrating for online users and i may understand that things might happen once. But i have done 3 different purchases within a span of a year and received the same WhatsApp message.

Great prices, delivery (already assembled bike) in 3-4 days. Very cool.

I paid for delivery and I had to drive 20km to collect the shipment and paid extra money for custom fees and tax

Pleasantly surprised that the order came so soon (the next day) and ready to go! The whatsapp chat for support and enquiry were also responded timely!

I tried to order twice from cyclesouq, first time I placed the order and paid online and haven’t heard back until I followed ip with then few days later and was told the item I purchased is out if stock (tge response was also very slow), so I requested a refund and luckily the refund cane fast. Second time I placed the order for cash on delivery and again haven’t heard anything on the order so I dropped it completely and didn’t even bother to cancel it. I purchased the item I wanted from another place.

Thanks CycleSouq for my shipment arriving in decent time, in excellent packaging protection, and all that I had ordered. I was very excited when I was able to unpack my new useful purchases and was happy that it was all of the items as described and advertised online that I received. Maybe in the future, work towards using more earth-friendly packaging to reduce waste and to help our planet we love to ride in. Thanks for making this available here in the Middle East.

I have given 4-stars because I have no complain about the products I've purchased on August 2023 and recently this year May 2025.
All three kids bicycles I've purchased are the same as what they've advertised on their online store.
Apart from this, I've got a very good bargain price and delivery time is quite acceptable.
Less one star because, hope in the future they could improve their delivery time a bit faster and shorter time for UAE Customers.
Above all, I will definitely recommend this online store.

No delivery despite waiting in

I am super happy of my shopping experience with Cycle Souq, but I only have one unpleasant and disappointed experience when I ordered the DMT KR4 cycling shoes and received the shoes in the box only without the DMT Orange shoes pouch and the shoe horn. I mean this is really unexpected from such a great online shop like Cycle Souq. I didn’t want to complain about that but now since you are asking for a review, then I would like to mention this and I hope not to have such an experience later as I will
