We are hosting our own websites since 2018 and have nearly always been on cPanel which is very expensive and support is like non-existent, (unless you are a very big corporate customer). We have tried Spanel which is basically garbage and leads to tons of issues when using sophisticated and/or custom build plugins.

So recently we moved to Cyberpanel and about a month in the first thing I can say is that they have excellent support, resolving issues and responding in a matter of hours and sometimes even minutes. The add-ons package is crazy value for money and makes setting up WordPress websites a breeze.

Great and simple Panel. Prices for addons are not expensives. Technical support is nice. I love those services.

Their support team is pretty helpful and fast, even if you haven't bought any of their upgraded packages yet. I most definitely recommend CyberPanel!

Great VPS admin panel, very easy to use. they have great customer support who is willing to help all the time.

I was unable to understand some settings .I opened ticket for support. Support team help me out of the way. They fixed all my email problems and its working perfectly fine.

I had a problem with my email after upgrade. The support team really helped me out. These guys are amazing at what they do.

I've been running websites for 20+ years and used various Control Panel platforms for deploying websites. I migrated to Cyberpanel a couple of years ago and haven't looked back.

The base install is free and easy to understand. The product is incredibly stable and has frequent updates which are deployable via quick and easily accessible script (if you're comfortable) or more recently directly via the gui ( still being refined)

I'm that comfortable with the product that over the weekend I upgraded to include all of the additional modules (a one time payment at time of writing). Initially it looked like there was a problem with the upgrade but because I hooked my standalone installation up to the cyberperson's platform, one of their guys took a quick look and resolved the issue in no time via an (optional) remote access api.

Would happily recommend this product and the support to first time web hosters and veterans alike.

Had a little snafu with the checkout process, but after making an account and submitting a ticket, they were able to get it resolved. They've responded to ticket within 24 hours, and I haven't had many issues so far.

I encountered some issues with my website and after many weeks of struggle, one guy helped me through Cyberpanel, the only one who cared to help me. His name is Shoaib Khan. Many thanks. Strongly recommend making a bit of a scene then you'll have your issue solved pretty easily.

Be careful with this company. They took my money after I cancelled everything. I told them to cancel the trial well in advance, but still they took money.
I would rather advise people to stay away from them.

I'm new to VPS management and found Cyberpanel to be the most user friendly platform and the fact that the free version is feature packed, makes it even more amazing.
What I think also really sets this platform apart is the amazing support they offer. I have been pestering them with all my issues and the've been nothing short of spectacular and incredibly helpful so I cannot recommend Cyberpanel enough.
