Most helpful, professional and customer focused service I have received from ISPs and Web Hosts in a while, doesn't hurt that they also fix PCs, took my laptop to them they gave me a more than reasonable price and fixed it the same day. At first I was going to just review on Google but saw they had a trustpilot so I signed up to trustpilot just to review them, if nothing else that should speak volumes regarding my appreciation for such great service.

I was pleasantly delighted by the service I recieved from Cyberlyne last week, I had issues with my laptop and had taken it to "Another PC Store" (I wont be naming them publicy here in case legal arguments arise. Needless to say they wanted to charge me an absurd amount of money, I opted for a second opinion and found Cyberlyne, booked my computer in for free and within an hour got a quotation which was much less than the previous place, a day after that I collected the PC and to my surprise it was even cleaned and polished, they even went so far as to clean the bag I brought it in. This is what customer service and attention to detail looks like. I will certainly call on them again if I need any more technological assistance, I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
