Welsh Family-Run Hot Tub Insulation Specialists

Welcome to Cwtchy Covers

Cwtchy Covers is a family-run Welsh business based in Swansea, South Wales. We design and supply thermal insulation products for inflatable hot tubs and spas, helping customers improve heat retention, reduce heat loss, and enjoy their hot tub all year round.

After years of experience in the insulation industry, we saw one common problem for inflatable hot tub owners: rising energy bills. Our thermal products were created to help give your tub an extra layer of insulation and protection.

Thermal Hot Tub Protection

Thermal Wraps, Lids & Bases

The name Cwtchy comes from the Welsh word “Cwtch”, meaning to hug and protect. That is exactly what our products are designed to do — give your hot tub a warm, protective hug.

Our range includes thermal wraps, insulated lids, thermal bases, and matching accessories designed to help improve heat retention and reduce heat loss from inflatable hot tubs and spas.

Weather & UV Protection

Deluxe Outer Covers

Our thermal products are designed to help reduce heat loss, while our Deluxe Cover range is designed to provide added weather and UV protection.

Deluxe covers are made to fit over and around our thermal products, helping protect the full setup from rain, wind, dirt, sun exposure, and general outdoor weathering.

For the best all-round protection, we recommend combining your chosen thermal products with a suitable Deluxe outer cover.

Extra Protection for Your Setup

Pump Covers & Hot Tub Accessories

We also supply insulated pump covers and hot tub accessories to help protect key parts of your setup.

Our aim is to make hot tub ownership easier, warmer, and more cost-effective, with practical products and friendly guidance available whenever you need it.
