Sent the wrong thing in the mail. Offered to refund the price difference, instead of sending me the right thing. Now they want me to ship back my bottle, and just refund me, not even do an exchange. I don't want a refund I just want my dad's original item to be sent to him.
It took over 2 weeks to get my order
It took over 2 weeks to get my order. I was told one lie after another . Excuses all the time. I strongly suggest finding another company for your shopping.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Emailed them to say I haven't received my order. They did NOT help. They directed me to the savedby claims to report a claim. They are not taking ANY responsibility for this shipment. NOT good customer service. Will never order again from them...

Items constantly out of stock
Fast shipping and no issues other than the fact that they are constantly out of stock on almost everything. Weeks at a time items are out of stock. I pay for the monthly vault membership to get free shipping but it’s a waste of money when I can never find anything to order. They need to figure out their stocking issues or I’ll be finding a new website to use.

Will never use them again!!! I placed an order on June 28th and still haven't received it (July 14th). Supposedly FedEx has been having issues with shipping. Funny how I've ordered different products from different companies with no FedEx issues. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

After I tried to Find out when my order will arrive, The lady Constanza that “help me out with my order and my issue” wanted to charge me exactly The amount that i paid for the bottles just to be sure my order it s gonna be there friday, not talking about that they kept me 3 days over the phone trying to explain that the order will not arrive if I will not pay more . After I told them it will be fine to arrive in Any day after that, they cancel my order when I asked them to not cancel Even if it s not gonna he friday . Short story , Even after I stayed over The phone for 4 days trying to get my order for my birthday, never got it, and now my money it s not Even back, they got me credits on The app shop.

I have made my first and last order with this company. I placed an order a month ago for a product that was shown to be in stock. The DAY it was supposed to arrive, I was notified that they were out of stock. This should have been brought to my attention days beforehand. After days of smoke and mirrors "2 weeks" I requested a full refund. You should not claim to have things in stock that you don't. I will not waste my time and hard earned money with this company again.

Miserably failed to deliver as promised.
Promised delivery in 6 days, but was slow to get out, so they changed it to an unacceptable 12 days! I called to request cancelation and they refused to. No-one will be home to accept this, as we are traveling overseas before they deliver.

I’ve spoke with them daily and get the run around. Now they are supposed to be refunding as it still has not shipped.
