When my parcel got lost by DHL (through no fault of custtom.co.uk), i got in contact with custtom, they were really speedy at getting back to me and immediately reprinted my order and re-shipped it to me, no questions asked. My order then arrived and the prints were top quality and i am really pleased with my order. Quality, and customer service 10/10.

Have ordered from Cusstom multiple times and have never been disappointed. Turnaround is always very quick and photo tiles are excellent quality and very easy to put up.
I recently moved house and had to remove my photo wall - 36 tiles which had been in place for 4 years - and they still came away easily, a tiny bit of paint touch up needed but that was probably down to me pulling too fast.
I now have 2 photo walls in my new property and couldn't be happier with them.
My only criticism would be that with an order of 36 tiles, more than 1 spacer would be very useful! Luckily I have always kept the spacers from each order and definitely need several when placing multiple tiles.

Great quality, easy to order, quick delivery.
Have use Custton HelloCamvas about four times now, quality of pictures remains the same over the various orders, so easy to order time and time again, delivery is quick and canvas arrive well packed.
Would highly recommend if looking to create a feature wall decoration that can easily be added to.
As I have started long haul traveling, I have started a wall of far off distant places I have visited.
Once again highly recommend for that gallery wall feature that can be grown

Awful print. No indication during upload of the image it was not suitable for the size of print. Other services provide an alert of the dpi is not suitable for the product. These guys? Nothing.

EDITED: The company contacted me and are reprinting the image. Can’t say any fairer than that.

The company provided what felt like a personal service with the option of preparing the photo I sent them to exactly how I wanted the finished canvas to look. Sending me the preview was very reassuring.

I have ordered several times from Custtom and their shapes canvases are great quality and super easy to put up! All my friends and family have commented on them!

Apart from a little bit of disappointment with not being able to use some of my pics because, whilst you are able to zoom in, you can't zoom out so that the pic fits better, however the pics i did use turned out amazing, they all looked great and are so easy to fix to the wall.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a print and the communication was fantastic from the outset.
Unfortunately it arrived and the canvas was damaged, contacted the customer support and they was beyond helpful, re-ordered a new print with high priority shipping and requested photos so they could contact the courier.
New print arrived same high standard as the original and well packaged.
Credit to Julia, who handled the reprint and communication was top notch.

Painless process. Just ordered some square photos they are fab. The process was easy to follow you were able to bespoke pictures. The whole process was quick from ordering to delivery. The product was well packaged with easy to follow instructions for hanging.
