I have bought a few of these canvas prints from Custom over the last few years. They are well made and true to colour. I’ve purchased some for myself and as gifts to family members, who were also thrilled with them. The company have a 1st class customer service, and they respond quickly to any queries. When my last order was late due to a tracking issue with DHL on the day I placed the order. I phoned them to query delivery arrival and stated that I needed the prints for a gift, they reprinted the canvases and they were delivered the next day. They also said that if the first order would arrive at a later date, they said I could keep them free of charge. What more can you ask for, thank you Custom the recipient was delighted with their birthday gift.

I've used this company now 3 times to add to my photo display and I can not fault them, Great communication, easy to order and fantastic quality goods

I received my items and they are beautiful, so my 3 star rating isn’t in relation to the product. The reason for 3 stars is in regards to the companies communication. I purchased my frames Saturday and i received an email Monday morning with them advising me the photos I selected could not be used due to the quality and could I send alternative photos. I didn’t want any other photos printing so at 09:11 I asked for a full refund instead. Once told they couldn’t be done I decided to buy the same type of frames that I had ordered from them ( from another supplier) and print the photos myself. 4-5 hours after their 1st email they email again. This time saying the photos could be printed as they have ran it through AI and the quality is great. I was really annoyed at this, not only have I now spent more money on new frames ( that I couldn’t cancel) but also why didn’t they attempt this originally, BEFORE emailing me saying they couldn’t be used? Instead of messing me about. In the end I told them ok and for them to just go ahead. I then get an email a couple of days later saying my order will arrive by Thursday or Friday at the latest. I get a notification it’s been dispatched on the Wednesday as ideally I needed it by Thursday. I was sent a tracking number and all was good until I saw where it was being dispatched from, Amsterdam. Yet on their website it suggests that they are based in London not Amsterdam. Had I of known it was coming from Amsterdam I would probably not of ordered them and I would of tried to find a UK based company for ease with delivery etc. I kept my eye on the tracking and saw it was currently in Belgium. At 03:11 I receive a notification that the item is ‘ on hold’ ( this is why I would of preferred a UK company) no explanation why from dhl and it stayed on hold for 14 hours meaning I didn’t get it on Thursday. It finally came today ( Friday). The communication is lax at best and due to this I won’t be using them again. I couldn’t see anywhere on their page where they say it’s dispatched from Amsterdam, it says they are based in London.

Ordered a canvas print on Monday and received it on Friday! Great service, great quality. My new go too for ordering photos and canvas from now on.

Sadly my experiences was awful, my first order arrived totally bent so would not lie flat on the wall, great response when I emailed them and they agreed to send a replacement the next day which they did, but sadly this one was also bent it was not as bad as the first one, but one side was still not able to sit flat on the wall. I explained that the packaging they send it in is very flimsy no bubble wrap and the box was just way to flimsy It was obviously not going to protect it. They promised they would send it in a more protective way a better box and with fragile stickers on it for the second one, but when it arrived it was exactly the same packaging. I don’t understand why they can’t just wrap it in bubble wrap in the first place and why is the quality control not checking they are not bent before they leave the warehouse and send them out. I bought this for my son‘s birthday. It was the first time he ran the marathon. It was a very special occasion. I captured all the photos from the build up to the race the actual race and the celebrations after so for me they haven’t delivered a great service at all for our special occasion and I definitely won’t be using them again when he runs his next race. Very very disappointed
