Bought some lights. The company stated they are from Texas but the lights shipped from overseas. Mine came in cracked. They would not replace them ir even discount them. Very disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. SENT ME THE WRONG LIGHTS FOR MY CAR AND REFUSED TO REPLACE THEM. MADE ME PAY FOR SHIPPING TO SEND THEM BACK AND TOLD ME I WOULD BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE IF I DECIDED TO NOT ORDER MORE LIGHTS. I SHIPPED THE LIGHTS FROM THE UPS STORE TO THE ADDRESS THEY PROVIDED IN TEXAS AND IT’S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN’T GOT A REFUND AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO PLAY GAMES WITH ME. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE OR SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY. IF YOU DO ANYTHING FOR THESE PEOPLE, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION SO THEY GET PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

Be careful when ordering. The description made it seem like these lights were a guaranteed fit for my vehicle, but they weren’t. I couldn’t even use them, and it cost over $20 just to return them. Make sure you verify the exact dimensions yourself before ordering, because the return shipping is ridiculously expensive.

I recently placed an order with Custom Puddle Lights via their website. Everything, initially appeared to be legitimate. Then, I started to notice discrepancies with the shipping. One moment the package was listed as being in my neighborhood, then somewhere outside the country. No destination given. Delivery date kept rising. First 4 days, as listed only after your purchase. Then 5 and 6. I tried contacting them at the number listed on the site. No answer. Goes to voicemail claiming you've reached them outside their business hours, despite contacting them during the stated hours of operation. I've called on 2 occasions and to no avail, no live representative to speak with, no response to my messages and I still haven't received my merchandise. SCAMMERS!

Getting good customer service is totally impossible. I bought two sets of puddle lights the first set that was marked with Lexus logo on the box was great with the connectors. The second box did not have the Lexus Tx 350 logo on the box and no connectors. I asked for the ones that match my car because the second box did not fit. They wanted to charge me for shipping and restocking and keeping my $79. Beware that doesn’t seem to be very trustworthy and finding them is just as hard. they wanted me to take a video and camera shots and I told him I couldn’t keep taking my car apart to please them. $79 wasted. Don’t buy from this company. The two stars are full the first set that I got.

The absolute worst ordered was told that it had shipped they charge my card. Then a week later I get a notice that the order had been sent back that there’s a problem and they were going to re-ship new ones when they came in I asked to be refunded, they did not do that. They said be patient so I waited another week multiple communications still nothing so I had to to actually call my bank and have them do a fraud. To get my money back.

I ordered exactly the right parts. I checked under the mirror as instructed to make sure it looked correct. Received them in a decent time and do get emails in a timely fashion, BUT, the electric connection isn’t correct. The ones on their parts are oval and the factory original ones are rectangular. Doesn’t come close to the matching. I tried to return but they want a 20% restocking fee!

Also good luck getting to the parts to replace. No good instructions I could find. Broke the mirror glass trying to get to the original parts.

I ordered AT4X puddle lights. They sent me regular AT4 lights. I tried for 3 day to call them, no return call. I email them and the only email I received from them is when I wrote a negative review. They claimed I received exactly what I ordered. I would love to be able to show a copy of my receipt. Please keep this in mind. Their return policy states you can return items within 30 day. Just below their address it says (This is not the address to return product.) Their web site does not have the address of where to return the item. When I email them to get the address and start the return process. I get no reply. Convenient for them.
Don't buy from these guys.

I ordered these lights for a customer who was getting them for his wife for Christmas. I paid 11 days ago and still no tracking info has been provided. He he company is in TX, I’m in SC. On day 5 I asked when they would be shipped via email. Two days later, no response. I then called a total of 4 times over a period of 2 days and all I got was the same answering machine saying that I called outside of normal business hours. I then emailed 3 more times and still haven’t got a response to neither of my voicemails or any of my emails. To be clear, I called 4x and emailed 4x for a total of 8 attempts at communication to no avail. $60 for these lights and it appears I was robbed. Now I have to tell my customer I cannot supply him with the lights after 2 weeks of them waiting. Wonderful. I have a reputation that I’m proud of and companies like this one are out there gambling with MY reputation and stealing MY money. Do NOT do business with these folks.
