Chinese company claims they’re from the United Kingdom but the tracking is sent from China ( the tracking ID also is incorrect and isn’t traceable) big scam ! No items received.

Absolutely awful. All paints go brown and grey. There wasn't even a green for the tree in my photo.

So gutted and so angry. Why didn't i check these reviews

Website says based in UK yet this is just a complete lie because the products are shipped from China.

Ordered before their Christmas cut off, Christmas has been and gone and no product.

Customer service useless, no number to call and no response to email or social media.

DO NOT order from this company. Their website state they are based in the UK. So why when I track the order it says it’s being shipped from China?? Such a scam and I’m so upset as was lead to believe I would receive my order in time for Christmas. I didn’t. I’ve emailed twice and had no response.

No confirmation email, no way to contact.... A SCAM! Claiming my money back from credit card.

There’s a lot of negative reviews so was concerned I wouldn’t receive my paint by numbers by Christmas. However it’s just arrived today after just under 3 weeks of ordering so very pleased. It looks good quality and lovely paints.

I ordered a photo to print - I accidentally did not upload the file to print, however Custompaintingkit still processed the payment, took my money and obviously no product was received. I emailed them my concern on 27th of November to no reply, I have sent a further two emails to no reply - they have no other means of contact. They have stolen from me, so I will now take further action. AVOID

I really wanted to get 2 custom paint by numbers; one for my mum and one for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. I ordered both from this site on the 3rd December. I have emailed 3 times to check about the delivery etc. with no response. I did receive text messages with tracking numbers for both separate orders, and I initially used the Shopify app, however from a previous post on here I tried out the Aftership app which has proven better!! Sadly, one of the orders has said it was delivered on the 10th Dec which is untrue as I was in at the time and haven't received the parcel. When I tried to look up the tracking number of the Aftership app it states it cannot find that tracking order so I don't think I will be getting that one :( However, the other order for my mum seems more hopeful as it is now saying it has just arrived at Heathrow airport and is making its way through customs!! So fingers crossed I will get at least one of the orders, however the site is misleading as it finishes in '.co.uk' when the orders are actually coming from China!! Overall I would say avoid and try and get a custom print from a more legit place

Update: the custom paint for my mum was delivered on 23rd December! She is yet to try out the paints. Waiting to see if my boyfriends one will show up.

Ordered a custom paint kit well over a month ago and still haven’t received a dispatch email. I have emailed the company twice for an update and have not received a single acknowledgement for either email. Shocking service as on the initial purchase you are asked to allow 28 days when it has now been 40 days and counting. This was supposed to be a Christmas present which is now going to have to be changed. Avoid unless you are willing wait nearly 2 months for your order.

Based on the negative reviews on here which I read after purchasing I had very low expectations. Yes delivery was fairly slow but not surprising when you realise this is coming from china despite the misleading .co.uk URL. If tracked via Aftership you can see each step of the way really clearly though which helps. Communication is none existant, no reply to emails etc. However the item is excellent and I'm really happy with it.

Complete lack of communication and non delivery of product following my order placed in late October. I shall be contacting my bank to reclaim my money. Avoid this company!

Ordered this to paint as a Christmas gift. It was a picture of my dad, niece and nephew. His grandchildren live in Scotland, so he's not been able to see them since lockdown, so I thought it would be the perfect gift.I started with the faces, being an novice painter, just to get an idea of how the whole thing would look, and at first i was really excited as to how I thought it would turn out.

As I started to colour the rest of the picture however I realized there was something seriously wrong with the colour palette. My niece's sweater, which in the original picture was pink had become grey and brown. My nephew's green and white top had become... grey and brown. The whole painting was varying shades of grey and brown and it looked dreadful.

I contacted the seller to ask whether there had been an issue with sending me the wrong colour palette but I got no response. I had to buy new paints to try and salvage something from this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Horrendous service. Item ordered 5/11/20. Says it has been delivered - it has not. Emailed 3 times in 1 week and have had no response. Disgusting scam of a business

Just like everyone else has said big waste of time. They may advise you “allow 28 days for dispatch” just like they did to me, on the 1st October. Now it is the 29th November and no dispatch email or item received. I have contacted them multiple times on Instagram and through their email but to no avail. Only way to receive refund is to go through the bank and hope I can get it back.

Awful... I ordered a painting on the 10th of October.. still haven’t received it.. scan company!!! Beware!!

Placed an order over a month ago, no order has arrived. Have emailed numerous times with no response. Will now have to go to my credit card company for a refund. Avoid!

Ordered with them a custom painting kit so I could do it as a surprise for my mum. It was ordered on the 12th October and never received any confirmation of dispatch or any further communication after ordering. Have emailed multiple times with no response. Have also reported non delivery to the shopify app that they claim to use to help track parcels. My order arrived even after no communication and so far I can't fault the product itself however I won't be ordering from this company again and I genuinely thought I had been scammed due to their lack of communication and customer service.

Order a painting kit 4 weeks ago, no communication stating order received. Now emailed 3 times to receive no response. Looks like I have to contact bank to issue indemnity to get my money back. Avoid
