I liked the Keychain but I dont like the shipping time or the way they ship. I ordered another keychain with this one and for some strange reason there shipped in 2 packages. There shipping times to are way too long its took almost 2 months to get this one still haven't received my second keychain.

Took over a month to receive my order. They didn’t start actually making my order until I asked yo cancel. Horrible customer service and the item was extremely overpriced.

Just received my keychains. All is great. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I know I had a problem at first trying to get my shipment but as soon as I wrote to you of my concerns I got immediate attention and soon I had my key chains in time for Christmas. THANK YOU AGAIN. I ordered a keychain in May for Father’s Day, but never received it. When I contacted them, I was told that I will get it and they are not going to refund. Scam!

I would review a minus if I could.. I ordered a Personalised Xmas pendant 3 weeks ago & still have not received any confirmation emails or postage emails. When I emailed last week, I got a quick response saying they would dispatch my order in 2-3 days and offered me a 20% discount.
That was a week ago today & I still have not heard or received Any emails regarding my item being dispatched.. terrible service. Would not recommend

My item came in Bent. I emailed customer service when I received and have not heard anything back. I will try to call again when finished work.

My order was stolen. Had to reach out to my post office they traced it right down to the GPS of the mail truck to my house. I contacted the company expressed my concerns attached the email from my post office and she got with them and in very timely fashion replies back and forth with me until I received my order! CAN'T WAIT TO ORDER MORE ITEMS! Very happy with quality as well. My boyfriend LOVED IT! Yes it took a little longer than I hoped to come but I have had the same issue with Amazon prime, Nike, bath and body works ect. Almost any where orders are done online I've received emails stating that there are some orders that are taking much longer than others to ship. Stupid covid! But with a little patience and planning ahead (for gifts) you will be very happy with this company.

I would give it 0 starts if I could. Was just reading the reviews and saw someone had a similar problem I had. I ordered a key chain for fathers day and was missing the girls. They wrote me back asking for the pictures of the key chain and after that email no more response for 2 weeks, then I was given no option to return the item. Only that they say my order only showed the boys. I waited again almost 2 more weeks to ask if i can order the charms or return the item. Still had to wait for a response. Now were at the end of August and the additional charms haven't arrived. Fathers day is mid june. Unreal and very bad response time. Plus i had to pay more for the charms.

Just letting you know I received the item and it was adorable. My son loved it. Thank you for taking care of the matter without any hassle when I didn’t get the item.

I ordered a mask from them (due to a mandated state law) and even though it took a little bit to get here. They are super comfortable and the easiest to breathe thru. I will definately be ordering for the rest of my family from them

I had a stroke a year ago & ordered a misspelled name (I see words weird sometimes). I contacted customer service; even though it was my fault, it was replaced in a timely manner at no charge!!! And, the craftsmanship is beautiful! This is a wonderful company to do business with. Thank you so much.

Terrible company. Took a month to receive my order.
Then I was given a false tracking number, because they didnt ship.
Finally received the order, it was wrong, and the quality of the product was TERRIBLe.
I have reached out 10 times or more, and only receive a response a quarter of the time!!
