I should it have read some of the reviews made about this company which is 100% an scam for customers. I purchased one of those fans being advertised on tv for which that tv program should also be sued as well by allowing companies to steal people's money by selling merchandise different to what their advertise neither for the customer to request a refund or information to contact their customer servic. Their website is locked only to provide info about orders shipped and does not show links for clear information on how to contact customer service or request a refund. What I read from other customer's reviews is that this company is definitively an scam. Need to be sued or we should ask state legislators or any other type of consumer protection offices to keep an eye on this type of rips offs to people via tv and online. Once the order is placed they get their money, deliver horrible merchandise different to what is advertised plus there is no way to return it or get it a refund. TOTALLY SCAM!

Il selle bien les sacs mais Le vaccum n’a jamais fonctionner comme il indique dans les annonces . Il reste toujours de l’air dans les sac , il n’a jamais enlever l’air à 100% , je le recommande pas . Et de plus sur le site le e-mail ne fonctionne pas .

I purchased a bullseye pro on oct 2nd. Only one acknowledged email. When i inquired about the product, i received info that product was out of stock til 11/04/23. Seems odd that they didn,t update the info.

We purchased a granitestone diamond 12" frying pan on 12/17/19. The pan had been going bad for quite awhile but since I procrastinate did not contact Emson until February of 2023. It has a 10 year warranty though. We had purchased the pan at Walmart. I called and talked to Josie and she asked me to send the purchase receipt and picture of the damage. I did and then waited a few weeks and since I did not receive a new pan, I called again. Sooke to Josie again and she told me she had my letter and picture but it had gotten stuck at the bottom of her pile. She said she would send out the new pan right away and was sorry for our wait. Today is March 31, 2023 and the last time I spoke to Josie was on 3/12/23. I still do not have the new pan. Tried calling several times and can not get through to any live person. Message told me to call another number for customer service. Called that number and they told me to call back the number I called first. Called that number again and can't get through to a person that time either.

I PURCHASED THE FOOD SEALER. IT DID NOT WORK. I CALLED TO GET THE INFORMATION TO RETURN WITHIN THE 90 DAYS POLICY. I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. THEN A MESSAGE CAME ON SAYING THEY ARE CLOSED, TO CALL BACK. I THEN WENT ON LINE I PRINTED 2 PAGES OF RETURN INSTURCTIONS. I FILLED OUT ALL THE INFORMATION EXCEPTING ITEMS 7 WHICH SAID TO PLACE A RMA ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. I GO BACK ON LINE FOLLOW THE INSTURCTIONS TO PRINT A LABLE WHICH GAVE ME MY OWN ADDRESS TO RETURN TO.. NO RMA HAS BEEN FOUND. ( I GOOGLED RMS IT MEANS RETURN ARTHORIZATION NUMBER)

Ordered RUVIO , took a little while to get, but the best little vacuum! It has super useful attachments. I use it every day and it is very easy to use and clean. Love it

My experience with customer status is different. I ordered the bionic floodlight shown on TV and it arrived in an acceptable time frame. Today I received a letter from Wallingford, CT saying they had encountered difficulty with my method of payment and were unable to continue processing the order. I should send this form, stating “Unlisted Decline Reason” with check or MO, call #, or go online to customerstatus.com.
No threat, no id of which card I’d used, and I already received the item. It sounds suspicious to me, so I’m writing here to see if others received similar letters.

I can't even believe that they're in business. Absolutely horrible. Send me an email telling me to check my status and 5 days later it's still not there. I have no idea if and when my item shipped or if and when I will receive it. Let's go Brandon

I called early Monday morning and held for over 35 mins before someone answered. The Flawless Spa was a gift from my daughter but I noticed my hook received with the Spa was a big metal hook ... and in all the ads there was a nice cute plastic hook.
I was told they upgraded the hook. So, if you're wondering why you received a big metal hook with your Spa ... that's the reason why. I guess the plastic hook didn't stay on the wall as you showered.

I reviewed this company (customerstatus.com) then found out it shipped. My wife saw an ad for Finishing Touch Flawless and mentioned she would love to try it, so I ordered it. The item sat in shipping status of printed label for over two full weeks with no updates (3 stars now), and I thought OK, I am out that $40. In order to get to customer service, you have to install a browser search engine (aka spyware) to get to customer service (down to a 1 star review). I found a phone number and called it and to my surprise a person answered - ok, back up to two stars for a live person answering and no long wait times (surprised me when she answered). The customer service rep assured me it would come within 15 business days... I said ok, I don't believe it, but I'll wait. So after no updates for two more days, I decided to at least write a review - 1 star. Done.
Well, crap, now it has shipped. FedEx and two days... OK. So bad communication dropped it down two stars but it did ship and the live person answering the phone was two thumbs up - redeemed to a three star rating. Be patient, and your stuff comes in about three weeks.
