What a fantastic service and product! We had a sofa that wasn't as comfortable as we wanted so rather than buying a new sofa I found Cushion Supplier. I contacted them online about providing new cushions, they phoned me to talk through my order (a rare treat!) and then I sent in my cushion covers so I didn't even have to worry about measurements. They sent back my covers within a week and then a few weeks later my cushions turned up and they are brilliant. The fit is perfect and they are so comfortable, I couldn't be a happier customer!

I was quite nervous about ordering online as I had spent money on foam fillings that were too small and pretty hopeless but surprise surprise, this company actually picks up the phone and helps! The cushions arrived today and I am delighted, really plump and comfy and exactly as requested. I was looking to replace the inserts to the seat cushions of an old leather sofa. I wasn't sure what size inserts I should get, what they should be made of or what level of firmness to go for. I got immediate responses to my email queries, helpful pointers for things I hadn't considered (the cushions being fabric on the underside, for example, and double checking the dimensions of all the cushions) so I could make the right choice. The inserts fit perfectly, the delivery was quick and the sofa looks like new. Very happy customer.
