My daughter gave her sister a sweat shirt for Christmas. The size was to a 4x. I also got a 2x sweat shirt from a different company. We compared the shirts and her 4x was way smaller then my 2x. It had to be a large. My daughter has given up trying to get the company to take care of the problem. They owe my daughters a sweat shirt in the right size or return her money. We can post pictures of proof of the size difference. So I would advice you do not buy anything from this company.

Please please do NOT do business with this company. I wish I’d seen these reviews when I was originally checking.
I ordered a purple and white flannel. I was sent a pink, blue and black plaid. I immediately wrote the company because they make it impossible to contact them any other way. I sent photos of my order and what I was sent.
First of all they indicate they are a USA company. Had I known this would be coming from China I would not have ordered. That’s false advertising. 2nd they didn’t even send what I ordered.
This is beyond poor business. It was a Christmas gift which arrived after Christmas so I quickly had to replace the gift. The person it was originally purchased for absolutely does not like pink. It’s useless to me.
I’ve written the company numerous times however they are only offering 20% refund and 50% off of my next purchase. I will NEVER do business with them again. Consequently their offer if a joke. They screwed up. I have photos to back my claim.
Please do not support them. You will be sorry.I told them I would find every platform possible to warn people. I’m tiered of being scammed by these companies. I imagine most people give up out if frustration. I will not. This needs to stop.

Although I have purchased two hoodies from them without incident, my recent order has been a mess and they can't seem to keep their story straight. There are various different "customer service" people responding, that don't take the time to read what has already been explained, and we just go around in circles. I am out the $30 + shipping for my latest hoodie order and told them that I'll now be contacting my bank to report it as fraud on my credit card. And they don't care! Instead of making it right, they're happy to take the hit and get a crappy review.

I really don't think they deserve even 1 star, but I had to punch it in to begin the review...they doubled my order and I only ordered 1 item, and refused to help me with a credit or return lable. The photo showed a nice blush pink hoodie, they hoodies sent me are a tacky, cheap hot pink, nothing like the photo. Since this order came from China, it's too difficult to return it, so I'll donate these to a charity. Buyer beware!!

This company is a total fraud. Ordered from them since April and still nothing received. Tracking shows no update since May 21st and today is Friday June 13th. What a total scam! Buyer beware! You’re better off giving money to a charity because this is just throwing your money out the window with this fraudulent company. The customer service SUCKS!!!

Worst company ever! Ordered a sweatshirt for Mother’s Day. Showed up 2 weeks late with the name of 3 strangers on the sleeve. They refused to resolve the situation and are impossible to communicate or deal with. STAY AWAY!!

Sent 1 of 3 products, and it looks nothing like the photo advertised.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU CAN FIND BETTER PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE. They use high-end photographs of quality products that are sold from better name brands and try to replicate them at a fraction of the price. I ordered two button-down Cardigans and the buttonholes were not even finished. All they were were Cuts in the knit fabric so one is unable to wear the sweater open. The oversized pullover looked gorgeous in the picture but I swear it was made to be sold at the dollar store. The fabric and color were no where near the photo. I'm trying to return defective products, which is now at my expense and is an international shipment which would cost over $300 to return to china. They only offered me a 20% discount on my entire order or a 50% of the purchase prices toward other items. The quality is crap so I am not willing to exchange anything else from them. They are happy to take your money and leave you with garbage. If I could give them a "0" I would. I lost over $100 shopping with this company.

To start off with The company need to stop false advertising the garment being cotton when you receive the item it’s 100% polyester and second of all they should have a return policy set into place so people can get their money back because otherwise this is a scam and a rip off, very discouraging, and not very good business at all 👎

HORRIBLE I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT A 1!!! I ordered beige and they sent Charlie Brown yellow and wouldn’t refund!! Horrible customer service!!!

This company does not honor its return policy. If you are not satisfied they offer a crappy discount on your next purchase. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

They sent the wrong item. Refuse to admit they sent the wrong item even with pictures. No refund and if I send it back I have to pay shipping to China.

They do not deliver. They will ship it gets lost and it is on you not them. There is no Customer service in this company as it claims to have.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered an athletic suit over 2 months ago…paid for it, never heard a word, no tracking. Finally showed up after 2 months. not at all what I ordered..color, fabric, style. No papers included. Scan was incorrect on package..I believe on purpose as their return policy has to be done by 30 days. Clever. Many very bad reviews, all with same complaints.

Awful experience their website advertises one product they ship you an entirely other product wrong colors, different materials different design aspects to the item. Do not purchase from them when you try to return. They say oh no now you have to send it to China I was able through PayPal to get at least a 50% return on my money but nothing beyond that

Worst experience. Site says they’ll ship in 5-7 days but my order hasn’t shipped after over 3 weeks and when I inquired about it I got an extra long response that was total word salad. A lot of words that said nothing.

I purchased (as advertised) a cotton tracksuit, and what arrived was 100% polyester. Attempting to return, the company is asking me to mail it back to china although the shippers address is in California. I am hesitant to do so, because I will likely not get the refund. Issuing a chargeback via issuing bank.

Scam, asked to be refunded back in December, they agreed and cancelled item but surprise surprise have not refunded me despite repeated emails saying they will. Reported to Paypal. AVOID!!!

Complete scam. Order places was xs and I received a xxxL. $150 was never returned after I shipped ($40) back to them. They did confirm my return was received but refuse to give my money back. This is a fraudulent company somewhere out of China. Please do not order from them.
