Ordered a swimsuit and shorts I should have known by the lack of emails that I’d done the wrong thing. Items weren’t as described and two sizes too small now as you can guess no help at all from the rob-dogs, think they are stalling for time, they did ask me if I would lay the item flat and measure it ! I replied asking again for an address to send returns too but two days later still nothing, I won’t let this end as they are ripping people of their hard earned money including me! They also have sister sights on FB so beware. UPDATE. they eventually replied telling me to keep the items as it would cost too much to return. Money refunded

As all the other reviews, I should have looked at reviews before purchasing. They replied once but wanted more information as to why I wanted to return the item.
Nothing since, very poor. I will keep trying,

Oh heck, I normally read reviews but didn't this time and egretting it! Item showing as delivered but no show and can't get hold of customer services. Avoid like the plague!

Even 1 star is too much shocking customer service asked for returns label got offered £4 to keep item then £6 then £8 and in the end I said I would accept £10 as they kept saying it would cost me alot in shipping fees I'm still waiting for the refund after several emails to them what they are ignoring PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD NEWS

Oh dear I wish i had seen these reviews before I ordered. My money has been taken on my credit card but no goods despatched, no phone number so have emailed and surprise surprise no reply. These companies should be shut down and not allowed to trade. Am going to contact Trading Standards. Very cross with the company and with myself for not checking them out before ordering.

WHEN AN ITEM DOESNT FIT OR IS WRONG THEY DO NOT GET IN TOUCH TO SEND YOU THE RETURNS ADDRESS SO YOU CAN SEND THE ITEMS BACK AND GET A REFUND. THEY OFFERR YOU 9£ FOR ITEMS WORTH 54£ AND THEN WHEN YOU SAY THATS NOT WHAT UOU WANT THUE IGNORE YOU. GENUINELY PLEAS STAY AWAY AND DONT SHOP WITH THEM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO TRANDING STANDARDS.

Made order, waited weeks. They advised that returns are easy! I’ve email the address for weeks, not reply so don’t know how to return items. They say only 14 day to return, which will have passes now as they haven’t replied!!!

Paid £107 for swimwear for my holiday, order never delivered. Requested a refund, agreed to return my money. Still waiting !!!

they need to supply a phone number in the uk. and give a FULL REFUND ON FAULTY GOODS, not insulting bribes of a few quid, pay with paypal the only way to get your money back. avoid at all costs,

Awful customer service. Faulty zip on tankini that broke after 2 wears. Not able to get a refund. Would never use again or recommend anyone else to use

Appalling products, badly made, wrongly sized. Refused refund offering 5% of the retail, cost of the rubbish sent out. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company, they are horrific. They appear to have links to China, ship from UK but ask you to return to the U.S, however refuse to give you the return address - very misleading! The swim wear is poor quality & not fit for purpose. They are scammers. Luckily I paid through paypal, raised a dispute & they decided in my favour issuing me with a full refund. Stay clear of this AWFUL company!!

Same as everyone else, its impossible to get a refund.

Can I ask if anyone has ever received a full refund from the company? Or successfully claimed back from paying on a credit card? I’ve got exactly the same problems trying to return items and they are ignoring me, but i paid on credit card rather than PayPal 🙁

Ordered 3 tankinis end of February, all 3 arrived poorly sized, emailed customer services for returns label/address, all they ever sent me in response was to ask if I would accept £16 refund and to keep the tankinis to gift to family members (after I spent £82). Several emails went back and forth and never received a returns address just a very low amount to accept as a refund!!
Luckily I paid through PayPal and filed a dispute through them. PayPal agreed in my favour and I received a full refund.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS TOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!

Wish I could put a big fat zero! I didn’t even receive my two swimsuits I ordered. Emailed a few times and always replied with can you wait a few days! I think waiting since February is long enough. I’ve emailed saying to lay back my money, I am posting on Facebook about them and forwarding to Trading Standards dept, companies like this, should they exist, should be banned from trading, or should I say conning people out of their money.

Absolutely outrageous items don’t fit spent £55 offered £10 refund😡. What use is that when they don’t fit. They need to be reported to trading standards
