The other unfortunately didn’t fit me and the company was great about how to handle a refund. Also, shipping was much faster than expected which was a nice bonus!

They didn’t ship what I ordered and would only refund part of my order. Seems like a scam. I will not order again.
Edited to add - the response below is purely to appear legitimate. They did not ship my order for almost 3 weeks and then when I tried to resolve the issue they were not helpful or willing to do anything to make it right. Scam. Do not shop here.

Dress ordered
I ordered a dress from you. I tried it on the day it arrived and it did not fit my body the way I wanted it too. I emailed right away how to do a return and get my money back but all they seem to do is try to bargain how much they want to refund. I DO NOT need the dress. I have no use for it since it does not fit. I want the money I paid for it refunded to me the way I paid for it!!!! This is unacceptable and HORRIBLE customer service.

Returns process frustrating
Material quality not that great, sizing was off, and the returns process THRU EMAIL (why?) has been beyond frustrating and slow and didn't even get a full refund in the end. The company was like negotiating % how much of a refund for wanting to return the items. Whaaaa????????? Was very disappointed overall.
