The vertical blinds where delivered ahead of estimate securely packed in strong tubing. Easy to install it took around an hour on my own. A high quality finish to blinds and track, sizing was perfect. Will use again for other rooms would highly recommend.

Vertical blind head-rail that arrived was 5mm longer than ordered and would not fit into window. Customer service just referred me to T&C's stating it was within tolerance and wanted to charge me for a replacement. Not good service, will NOT be using them or recommending them again.

One of the blinds is faulty does not retract properly due to insuficient cord length, item obviously not checked beforehand,would not recomend to other people

As a landlord (also a professional architect) with a number of properties, I have bought MANY blinds over the years from DIY stores. However, I discovered this company a few years ago and my first purchase was a very long blackout blind for my own bedroom. I was seriously impressed by the quality of the product. Since then I would not buy my blinds from any other company. The blinds are cut to exactly the size required so you receive the finished product. It can be difficult to cut down a longer blind and achieve a professional result, particularly the correct width, so why bother when you can have it delivered ready to fit. I am a fussy person and I like products that work and are well made. There has been a general decline in the quality of most products sold these days so well done to this company for not going down that route. Quality products at good value prices, you can't go wrong. I do not generally write reviews but I have made an exception in this case. 5 stars.
