great service very pleased

Excellent service. Answered queries promptly before ordering to allow correct sizing of pole & number of brackets to be purchased.
Delivery arrived within 3 working days .
Easy to assemble curtain pole. Delighted!

Absolutely delighted! There was a small mark on one of the brackets; but the Curtain Pole Store replaced the damaged product within a couple of days. Would certainly use them again and would recommend to friends and family in the future.

Great selection of quality curtain poles at great prices. Fast delivery.

Speedy delivery and great quality product

Quick delivery and well packaged

Great company and great curtain pole!. I had an issue with delivery and they immediately re sent the item within 24 hours.
Highly recommend them

Order was shipped very quickly and I was kept informed of the progress. Curtain tracks are wonderful.

Great product that arrived quickly. We particularly liked the wall fixings for the brackets, as they meant not having to drill holes that are very close to each other, and also three points of contact on the wall per bracket.

A problem with the item delivered was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the company despite the fact that the issue was not their fault. I am very pleased with the replacement purchase and have no hesitation in recommending the Curtain Pole Store.

Very happy with my Speedy 28mm Ball Eylet Pole - the quality is excellent and it came with useful fitting instructions.

Excellent product and delivery very fast. Item was well packaged and good quality.

Well wrapped on delivery . Delivered on time . Beautiful pole , very easy to put up

A vey good quality pole. Just what I needed. Exactly as described on their web-site. And promptly delivered. Would definitely recommend this company. Just one slight niggle. It was supplied without plugs and screws. I would be prepared to pay a little more for colour coded screws and plugs of the right size. But still award 5 stars.

Good service, good products

Exactly what I was looking for
Had heavy curtains needed poles to take the weight
Excellent delivery

This is my second time ordering from them. Unfortunately, the courier company damaged the parcel and sent it back before it got to me — but before I even had a chance to call, The Curtain Pole Store phoned me! They were incredibly apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault) and immediately put a replacement into production that same day. It arrived two days later — absolutely brilliant service.

Accidents happen, but they handled it perfectly. They’re not the cheapest, but in my experience, going cheap rarely gets you good customer service. I’ll be using them for all my curtain tracks from now on!

pole as ordered prompt delivery well packaged thanks

The pole is fantastic. Delivery good. There was a small problem which they resolved quickly. Fantastic service
