I took a chance on this brand and ordered two styles, the Gia mule and the Ford mule, both in my usual size 7.5. The length was correct in both pairs, but they were cut noticeably wide. When walking, I stepped out of the shoes. I do not typically need narrow sizing and have never had this issue before, so the fit was unexpected.
I understand the company has a return policy. My concern is not that a policy exists, but that the no-refund policy is not clearly communicated at the point of purchase. To find that refunds are not offered, you have to scroll to the bottom of the website and open the full return policy. There is no clear disclosure on the product page or at checkout stating that purchases are exchange or store credit only. The “Free returns” banner across the top of the site makes this even more confusing.
When I raised this concern, I received the following response: “You’re absolutely entitled to share your experience as you see fit, even if the way you choose to do that is to place blame on us for you not reading the return policy.” That felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented.
Policies that are difficult to find and rigid responses to reasonable concerns can leave the impression that immediate sales are prioritized over long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business. For a newer brand at this price point, transparency and flexibility go a long way in building trust.
The shoes are visually beautiful, and I genuinely wanted them to work. However, between the unexpectedly wide fit and the lack of upfront clarity around refunds, I would encourage future buyers to carefully review sizing and return details before purchasing.

I’ve purchased from them multiple times and the quality is always incredible, beautiful, comfortable heels that constantly get compliments. As someone who’s very picky with shoes, that says everything.
This time, I needed a pair for a wedding and had to exchange sizes. Their customer service was outstanding, responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They even went out of their way to arrange a local pickup so I’d have my shoes in time for the wedding.
Between the quality of the shoes and the exceptional customer service, I’ll continue to recommend this brand to friends and family without hesitation.

They accused me of “friendly fraud” after I returned their shoes and was waiting for the refund.
At first, when I just received the shoes, I asked for the bigger size, and they were fine with that. But then I decided to wear them for 30 minutes straight on my carpet. I had rash on my skin because of the toxicity of their materials, so I sent the shoes back.
Now they have a new pair of shoes and my money. I'm working with a bank on a dispute.
By the way, for $200 you can buy good quality leather shoes in Europe.
I do not recommend them - neither their product due to toxic low-quality or their customer service.

I made a terrible mess of things after placing an order for 1 pair of shoes vs the 2 I thought I was buying. I quickly emailed them hoping to get both shipped at one time for the one shipping cost. My issue was the email I sent made it sound like I don’t want my original order. After a couple email they quickly fixed things for me and BOTH shoes shipped out. So grateful they helped me. I have 5 pairs of their shoes and continue to share with friends bc they are extremely comfortable. Thank you!

I ordered the Goldie Clear Drip Chandelier Open Toe Mules for my birthday and they're honestly the most gorgeous shoes I've ever seen! They arrived within 2 days of me ordering them, which was great considering I needed them for this weekend. Unfortunately, they were uncomfortable around my toebox. I emailed customer service and asked if there was any way I could do a time-sensitive exchange for another pair, and got a super quick reply. She was quick, communicative, kind and suuuuper efficient. Thanks to her, I'll have my new heels in time for my birthday. I can't wait! Thanks so much!

Cult of Coquette went above and beyond with customer service!
I placed the pre-order mid October with a shipment date of October 31st. However, October 31st passed and I noticed it had not shipped out. I reached out and asked what was the possibility of the shoes being delivered by at least November 7th because I had my birthday party and really wanted to wear these heels. The team went above and beyond and tracked the shipment that was coming in, expedited my order and I was able to receive the heels just in time for my party! What a birthday miracle.
The shoe was the Goldie Clear Drip Chandelier Open Toe Mules 100 mm. The cutest cinderella heels. Can't wait to order another pair!

I came across this brand online and was really excited to buy a pair of their shoes. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Before purchasing, I read their policy and realized they don’t accept returns — they only offer a store credit that you can use again on their website. I’m now on my fourth return, and I still haven’t been able to find a pair that fits me properly. I’ve never had this kind of issue with any other brand.
Their size charts are totally inaccurate and misleading. They don’t offer half sizes in the larger sizes, and I’m between an 8 and a 9, so I really need an 8.5 or something close. Every pair I’ve tried is either too tight or too loose. I’ve reached out to customer service, but they haven’t been helpful at all. Honestly, I don’t even know how many more returns I’ll have to go through to find a pair that fits.
On top of that, the quality of the shoes is very poor — cheap materials, bad finishing, and nothing special about the design. They’re simply overpriced shoes that don’t live up to the hype.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from this brand.

Paid over $200 for shoes that arrived with toe marks!! The company offered a $25 gift card and told me to clean them myself. Not impressed. They blocked me off instagram because I commented say exactly this hahahahaha this company is going to fail so hard. Just watch. Karma is a b***h!!
Response - The fact that your company had to write a full essay to defend sending out filthy shoes says it all. Instead of admitting you sold a used pair as “brand new,” you chose to gaslight and lie publicly — even stooping low enough to mention my mental health. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s vile.
No “quality check” leaves toe marks. Stop insulting people’s intelligence. You can dress it up however you want, but every excuse you wrote screams guilt and desperation.
You call this “extensively documented”? Perfect — because I have the same documentation, and it proves exactly what you’re denying. Try spinning it all you want, but your reviews speak louder than your rehearsed PR statement.
Maybe if you put half the energy you spend arguing with customers into actual quality control, you wouldn’t be drowning in negative reviews. Shameful company.

Shoe size runs a full 1.5 sizes small, with their horrendous return policy (i.e. you can’t return only store credit) it makes it super shady. You’re basically locked in. I didn’t realize they would not except returns (it’s 2025 after all - most small brands charge a modest return fee at least like $5 but no one is store credit only these days) so when I realized the shoe was way too small and I needed them for an event I swiftly purchased the larger size thinking I would get refunded for the 2 pairs that were too small. Now I’m stuck with 4 shoes worth of credits to this company. Ugh.
