I think Cultivers sheets are great but the duvet covers? Buttons coming loose after a few months and the button holes are unraveling. For the price... the buttonholes should be the type that are not raw edged and sewn over. Customer service is not stellar with this company I am sad to say but the dyes are beautiful.

I ordered swatches from Cultiver and received products that were not the same color as the swatch. I immediately processed an exchange and received an email conformation of the exchange.
Tracking showed that they received my items on June 11, 2026. Per their website, exchanges can take up to 7 business days to process. My account never showed that an exchange was being processed, nor did I receive any communication regarding a delay. I emailed customer service on THREE separate occasions and received NO response. I finally contested the charge on June 29, and very soon after that received an email from Jess stating that they had received my return and were “ready” to process my refund, but that I would need to ask my bank to withdraw the dispute in order to do so. Do not fall for this! It returns all the control back to them, and it’s far more difficult to re-open the case with your bank if they fail to follow through.
I reminded Jess that I had requested an exchange, and that if she would like me to withdraw the dispute, she could send the items, and I would withdraw the dispute once I received acceptable replacements. She said that they were unable to do so while the chargeback remained open. I told her a second time that I would not be notifying my bank that the issue had been resolved, as it had not.
I mentioned that prior to disputing the charge, I had emailed three times regarding this issue and received no response. The excuse offered was that those emails were filtered to spam. Interestingly, none of my prior emails regarding swatches (sent from the same email address) were filtered to spam. A moot point, anyway, as no intervention on my part should have been required for this exchange.
At this price point especially, I expected integrity as well as proactive and reliable customer service, and my experience did not match that expectation.
Based on my experience, I would not advise doing business with this company. If you must, at least use a credit card and be prepared to involve your card issuer if your customer service issues are not handled appropriately.

Purchased Cultiver linen fitted sheets in 2022 for a spare bed that has had very light use only. The sheets have only ever been washed at 40°C and line dried — never tumble dried or bleached. Despite this, the fitted sheet has developed extensive thinning of the fabric and multiple large holes, with the linen becoming almost gauze-like where it failed. Structurally, you can tell where the linen has failed and been too thin to begin with.

I would say these sheets have been used around 10 times or less so this is incredibly disappointing for a premium product.

I also attempted to contact Cultiver via Instagram DM but unfortunately received no response.

CULTIVER BLUESTONE colour is different to online platforms. It’s more a faded denim blue colour (with NO GREEN undertone). Paid a lot for the ‘wrong colour’. Disappointed

We use this brand for all our linen in our Airbnb and it’s been fantastic. Guests comment all the time about how well they sleep and how good the sheets feel — that real linen texture I guess. It is softer and more breathable than the percale and bamboo we've tried before.

For us, the best part is how low-maintenance they are. We’re turning beds over constantly, and these linens handle the workload without fuss. They still look great in a cool, natural way.

We’re tucked away in rural WA, so we’re used to slow shipping, but everything arrived faster than expected and without any drama. We’ll definitely keep ordering from them.

Sheets didn’t last longer than 6 months and customer service doesn’t stand behind their product. Avoid.

Shopping with Cultiver for linen sheets was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. First, it was impossible to reach a real person for help, even online. Second, they sent me the wrong color, and I couldn't find any way to return the sheets. Third, after reading numerous reviews, it seems their quality is extremely inconsistent, especially given the outrageous price. Overall, just a terrible experience. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card.

Lowest quality linen sheets and really overpriced. All items I’ve purchased have started to tear within a year which is really unacceptable for how much you pay. I wash everything on delicate and hang dry and have had zero problems with other linen sheet brands. Do not purchase.

Cultiver is one of those brands i'll stick to for the rest of my life. I purchased some sheets from them on holiday in Australia, not knowing there is a size difference King for King between Australia and Canada. The Cultiver team went above and beyond to remedy the issue and I could not be happier with them, as well as my sheets. I've got a different set of Cultiver sheets i've had for years as well and they still look as new. Really happy with my experience here and can definitely recommend to others!

Worst linen bed sheet. It makes holes after one year. I have multiple pictures if you need proof. Client service is horrible.

Terrible customer service - EXTREMELY slow responses, it takes them multiple days at a time to respond. Unheard of for such a large company. They also only offer price-matching for 7 days, so if this short window passes and their products go on sale, you're out of luck!

After some time of thinking of purchasing fitted/ flat sheet I finally decided to splurge. What a disappointed
The fitted sheet does not fit the bed properly its too big, I spoke with a customer service representative who was very helpful, they replaced this for me as it was determined I-had received a faulty one. The replacement arrived and guess what its the same. Don’t waste your money on this product so expensive and doesn’t fit the bed. I would love a rep to come to my home to see what their product is like. I also purchased standard pillowcases natural I washed one and this has completely faded to another colour what a disgrace. If i could give NO stars ratings I would HORRIBLE PRODUCT. Maree

Sheet developed two tears in it after less than a year of use.

Bought my first linen tablecloth from Cultiver some years ago. The color wasn't at all fast so you couldn't remove even minor stains without a bleaching effect. Bought a replacement and this proved to be flimsy, thin and see through. Not at all suitable for such a large tablecloth. For something so expensive, you expect better quality.

The quality of the material and color is great but the sizing is problematic. We ordered a queen sheet set and love the look and feel but the top sheet is gigantic! I wrote Cultiver wondering if maybe we accidentally received a king and they informed me that nope, that just how they are. They have a “one size fits all” approach to their top sheets which seems like a pretty cheap/inconsiderate move for what they charge. It is annoying to have extra feet of fabric on both sides of the bed. I’m actually going to have them hemmed which is really frustrating for an almost $400 set of sheets. For this reason can’t really recommend unless you have a king bed or are willing to sew the top sheet after arrival.
