I purchased multiple utensils from Cuisipro.com over several years to outfit a new kitchen. Nearly all were of high quality, except the first purchase of a metal measuring cup set. What I received did not look like the product pictures online (round rather than oval cups, different handles), but the invoice, emails and purchase and shipping confirms all said Cuisipro. With a few months of use the handle came off of one of them. In multiple contacts with Cuisipro, they determined what I had were not Cuisipro products, and I had to deal with the vendor. When I confirmed that Cuisipro was the vendor, the email conversation stopped, no further replies on their part. They filled my order with a knock-off, non-Cuisipro product of poor quality which broke with minimal use, then would not stand behind it.

I had a Cuisipro coupon code that did not apply when I checked out. My order went through, just without the 15% discount I earned. Since then, I've sent several emails to Cuisipro customer service, and none have received a response.
