Ask us for information which we gave to photocopy of our passport our résumé and gave them $275 and we never heard from them again so I turned them into my bank and I got my $275 back. I don’t know what your problem is, but I called him probably 10 times all the numbers they had and nobody answered. All I got was music.

Do not file if you’re not ready to move
When I received the call I was not explained the requirements of this process until I had answered all the questions, I feel this was distrusting, some people are willing to move but can’t do it right away and if Abby Franklin would have told me from the beginning what was expected I would not have committed to posting the fee required for this process. I want to move but when I am ready, if I am approved for the Canadian visa I am not able to move immediately, then there is the last chance pressure that people that are running scams use, as I said this method of processing proved to be distrustful and I am not recommending anyone to start this process unless they are for sure ready to start the process to move.

At CUIN Immigration, transparency is extremely important to us. All assessments begin with eligibility questions so that our team can understand your background before explaining the full requirements of the immigration programs. However, you should always feel fully informed, and we regret if this was not your experience during the call.
To clarify an important point: being “approved” for a Canadian immigration program does not require you to move immediately. Most programs have long processing times, allowing applicants to prepare at their own pace. There is absolutely no pressure or deadline to relocate right away, and we do not use any urgency tactics.
Regarding the assessment fee, it covers the professional review of your file by our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). However, if at any point you feel the process was not clearly explained, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review your case and support you appropriately.
We genuinely value your interest in immigrating to Canada and would be happy to reconnect, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed before taking any further steps.

Helpful immigration information.
Just started the process of deciding on moving permanently to Canada. CUiN has been helpful-our first contact was Zoe and our second was Robert. Both were professional and willing to answer any questions. Be prepared for up front fees. There are many questions they will ask-none were a surprise. We have a follow up phone consult which will move this along. Looking forward to see what is in store!
