Intimidation part of the scam…
I left a one-star review after taking 20 minutes to do a little research following my call with them and paying $279 to open my profile. I then closed my credit card and reported the charge to my bank as fraudulent since this business cannot offer the service it claims to offer.
I’m now receiving emails from this company
threatening legal action if I don’t change my review. Unfortunately for them, they would need to sue me in the United States, where the burden of proof would be on them in the discovery phase. canada.ca states very clearly that only licensed consular authorities can issue visas (who will never use a free email service like gmail…guess what I’m being emailed from), going through an outside agent does nothing to help expedite that process, and TO NOT GIVE MONEY to anyone who charges a fee for opening an immigration “profile” because doing so is free through official channels.
I’ve saved that email, thank you.

To clarify, the emails you received were not intended to intimidate, but to provide full clarification — including official proof from the College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants (CCIC) verifying that Cuin Immigration is a regulated Canadian immigration consultancy. Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Mr. Shuo Harry Wang, is fully authorized by the CCIC to provide immigration services to clients worldwide.
The message also explained that our payment system operates internationally:
Canada – handling all legal immigration procedures
Spain – management and administrative functions
Israel – secure payment solutions and other support services
We sincerely apologize if the tone of our recent outreach caused any misunderstanding. Our goal was to ensure transparency and provide accurate information — not to pressure or threaten.
