I sent my Gucci watch to be sold on the Cudoni website. Unfortunately after two weeks I hadn't heard anything and I rang up to hear an automated message that cudoni are closing. This is obviously a scam and my watch has been stolen. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

If I could I would vote no star at all. They should pay me 10 days ago but I am still waiting. I contacted the Customer service but only received automated messages or emails. Don’t buy anything from them or using them to sell anything.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cudoni. I used their service to sell some valuable luxury bags, but unfortunately, my bags have gone missing, and almost seven weeks later, I still do not have an update on their whereabouts.
Despite several emails and phone calls to their customer service team, all I keep hearing is that an investigation has been opened with DPD, and it will take a certain number of days to get a resolution.
What makes matters worse is that the company has now closed down, leaving me with no recourse to resolve this situation. I am extremely upset and frustrated with the lack of communication and action from Cudoni, and the fact that my valuable bags are still missing.
If you are in a similar situation please advise what course of action you have taken? I am now getting a solicitor involved. Please be aware of the potential risks and issues that may arise, and consider other options for selling and purchasing your luxury items.

Unfortunately the jeans were listed as medium, which I thought would be suitable for size 8-10, I had to search around for info and it appeared M was for size 10 which would of been fine. These are absolutely huge and clearly says on the waist 'w30'. Why they didn't list this information I have no idea. I was away on holiday when these were delivered and have come back to them today, now its too late to return it. They're website interface also doesn't work that great, they were advertising a discount code, but didn't apply to certain items (and unless you contacted them to find out which ones, it was impossible to know). The response of the staff team felt very unbothered and careless for their customers.

Be very very careful, after allowing Touissaint a VIP pick up employee into my home, 2 of my expensive items have gone missing, i have a video recording of Touissaint taking my designers, this company has put me under huge amounts of stress and I won't stop until I find justice, Touissaint has digitally listed all my items into the inventory but has told Cudoni he made a mistake and has not collected my Canada Goose Jacket and my Moncler Jacket, I'm now taking this to the police and waiting for a response back from Cudoni to retrieve my items, I'm expecting some sort of payout if both my Canada Goose jacket and my Moncler has not been recovered, I've put my trust in you Cudoni and this is what you put me through, even all the while I have evidence of your employee taking my goods, all other designer items have been sent back to me apart from 2. Make sure you always fully record every designer you give to a VIP employee who comes to collect your goods, trust me this is a terrible experience i am going through. As if it isn't bad enough that my items didn't show up, Cudoni clearly could not be bothered to message me to ease the stress I am under, the only thing they could say was, Touissaint has said he made a mistake and did not take the items, sorry for the inconvenience, they have thiefs in their company, watch out.
Edit: Cudoni are completely ignoring me now, I have written multiple emails, today I have written them a letter which will be kept as record, I will be taking this all to court to retrieve what was rightfully mine, my items or the compensation of my lost items, you should be ashamed of yourselves for letting one of your employees get away with this, and to ignore a customer who put their trust in you, shocking. This won't be the end of it, if you are going through the same thing, contact the police, call citizens advice and explain your situation, do not let them get away with it.
Edit: Cudoni have now responded after sending a letter to their address, they are now looking into the items that have been scanned on that day, I will keep you all updated, let's hope this nonsense gets sorted after waiting so long for a response, no one deserves to go through this because of some incompetent employee.
