Here's Cuddle Baby's reply to me below. I've been trying to contact them for 2 months with no reply. I returned their shoddy product and wanted a refund. They ghosted me. This is not a legitimate USA business and if my some miracle it is, they should be shut down. Also, check out the BBB reviews on this company. Buyer beware.

The pillow has been really helpful for us. My baby seems to sleep more comfortably and doesn’t startle awake from the reflex as often. We’ve definitely noticed a difference and I’m really happy we tried it.

This site is made in China trash
This site is made in China trash. The pictures are not anything like the product that you receive. The items are unsafe for use for babies. I bought a twin boppy and they sent some under stuffed, off colored china dupe then refused to send a new product or issue a refund. The item is a hazard and cannot be used. Waste of $78.00. Do not order!!!

I wish I would’ve read these before ordering from this website. My twin pillow hasn’t arrived. The expected date has passed and I am not getting anything other than an automated response. I really regret it because I paid almost a month ago and really need help feeding 2 babies.

Do Not order from this company! They send you cheap Chinese crap and won't refund you your money because it was a "sale" item. Everything is always a "sale' item on their website. The supportive twin nursing pillow I bought wouldn't support a baby doll let alone and real baby. It came vacuumed sealed in this tiny package and all the stuffing is bunched and twisted and doesn't even fill in the entire pillow. This place is a scam! Buyer be aware! I just lost $65 to scammers. The website makes you believe they are based in CA, but everything comes from China with Chinese writing on all the tags.

Go for Twin Z pillow instead !
I had a similar experience as what is described in other reviews after purchasing their twin pillow. This product is the cheap cousin of the Twin Z pillow. It was half the price which is what attracted me in the first place, but was a great disappointment. The pillow is too small to be usable for twins - both in width and thickness. I contacted the company and explained this asking for a refund. They refused to accept a return because it was a sale item despite explaining the it was unusable and smaller in reality than it appeared in the marketing photos.

Pillow not as advertised
Pillow not as advertised. Flat no support. Looked like a 5th grader sewed it. Cheap clasps not worth the 60 dollars I paid. Definitely poor quality items. Very restrictive return policy item as to be unopened

There products are cheaply made
There products are cheaply made from China and it arrived broken , customer service is terrible no returns at all despite what there website says. And the delivery take almost 1 month coming from China.

The baby-wearing products they sell are Temu-level quality and not strong enough to hold a baby.
Despite what the return policy on their website claims, they do not accept returns.
