Ordered first some snails from amazon then some fish from their website. Both times very quick delivery and heathly fish and snails . Will be ordering more when setting up my bigger tank . Happy man not having to leave my house to get a vast assortment of livestock delivered to your door .

Really with my bettas well packaged and beautiful colours so pleased with all my purchases and fast delivery and the fish well taken care of in delivery 😊

Ive now used these twice, via Amazon for a mixture of shrimp. Both times delivery has arrived via royalmail. Both deliveries arrived in time, well packaged and the 2nd all alive, only 1 arrived dead on first delivery. Clear instructions of care inside parcels. Shrimp all settled in their aquarium and breeding already. Thank you for a great service.

Ordered 5 snails on Sunday Evening, arrived Tuesday afternoon. Sadly one of the smaller ones did not make it, although 7 snails were posted so i am still one snail up :) Great price and although they are small now, i doubt they will be that size for long. Thank you.

First time buyer, and very impressed. Had some bad experiences with mail order aquatics in the past with other suppliers, but my snails arrived quickly and in great condition and were quickly set to work in my aquarium.

Second delivery first on time all shrimp alive been in tank over a week now so ordered 20 more came an hour early 21 shrimp in the 2 bottles now all in thank investing there new surroundings would recommend this company well packed an 24 hour delivery what’s not to like

I orderd 10 sakura cherry shrimp.2 were found to be dead on arrival and the other 8 were not just tiny bit had comletely lost their colour. I've now had them for several days with at least one probably 2 more lost. The remaining 6 seem to be doing well and are looking a bit more like Sakura shrimp.
Overall not a good experience from cuaquatics and definately not worth the money.
Sorry if this goes against the trend but it is my experience that I thought I should share.

Prompt confirmation of the order and messaged that the order was dispatched. The snails arrived within a couple of days days and were in perfect condition and were the size and colour as described. Would definitely use this company again

Easy to negotiate site. Very colourful pictures and descriptions. Reasonably priced. Lots of selections which made it hard to choose. We opted for a skittle lot as a starter. They arrived inside the alloted 24hrs. All well and healthy. Packaged safely. We are more than happy with the service from website to front door. We have contented and happy shrimp enjoying their new home. We will absalutely recommend anyone looking to buy shrimp. Will never buy from a shop now....we are going to order more...and some snails...

Shrimps arrived quickly and in good condition. Delivery was quick too.

Fast delivery and great communication. I ordered 5 amano shrimp and they all arrived safely despite the hot weather, I even received an extra one for free :) However, 4 of them are very small and even though a large shrimp size is not specified one the website, I would expect them to be a little larger as some appear as if they are less than a week old. However, so far so good and I would definitely recommend! I would just suggest people do not order expensive marine life in this extremely hot weather and be angry when they arrive dead.

I was lied by cuquatics ,they lied to me about my order being shipped,no tracking number was provided,on website it says still processing,you can’t contact them by phone ,only email ,now they don’t reply I checked with DX by giving them my address etc nothing in their system ,they never shipped my order ,claimed my money £124.98 ,previously dodging about some species they have listed on their website n making me wait for them simply lied to me ,they are scammers I will report them where I can so there gonna be consequences,already contacted my bank and raising the case ,horrible,dodgy person or people who are behind that cu aquatics,avoid that online shop

I was a bit dubious about ordering the fish from Cuaquatics as they are in Edinburgh and I am right down in the SE of England, but it turned out nothing to be worried about, they were dispatched Wednesday evening and I received them before 11am on Thursday. Now with regards to the fish, one unfortunately died in transit, but I still had the amount that I ordered so it was not a problem for me. The fish are in super condition looking very healthy, much better quality than the fish in my local aquatic store. They are all swimming around my tank looking, great, in fact one of my psudomugils is going up to everything displaying himself the way they do. Once these have settled in for a couple of weeks I will be ordering some more from CUaquatics especially considering the price of the fish plus the postage works out much less per fish then my local store and as I said better quality. I certainly recommend CUaquatics from this experience.

Ordered a zebra snail from them. Unfortunately came dead (probably the hot weather) but when I contacted them they sent a replacement immediately. Great service excellent customer service.

Ordered some orange cory and gold guppy.
Fantastic service ,packaging, delivery arrived quickly ,fish were all in good shape. Even had free extra guppy babies.
Absolutely recommend others to buy from them. And will definitely be ordering in the future.Thankyou.
