Chantell sent me a lovely box with items, really cute cards and charms to accompany. Despite my disappointment with things that did not match what I had ordered. I emailed and called and spoke to her husband and then received a detailed email from Chantell. She apologised and rectified the issues as promptly as possible, issued a refund and resent out what was needed. I appreciated her candour and kindness and I look forward to reordering soon.

I’ve never received my copper water bottle and your company will not respond to my emails.

Received my Copper water bottle today, and it's as beautiful as it looks in the images on the website. Lovely design and absolutely seems to be genuine 100% Copper.

However I haven't been able to use it yet, because it comes with cleaning instructions before you can actually use it. This is absolutely recommended because the smell inside is rank. Baking Soda is required, and the instructions tell you to wipe the inside surfaces with a soft cloth. This made me laugh because I can't even fit 2 fingers through the opening that you drink from, so its impossible to wipe down all of the internal surfaces.

This cleaning process should've been completed during the crafting stage, leaving the customer to only rinse it out before first use. This is the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. Nice bottle but too many steps required before I can actually use it.

I emailed Cu29 3 times and messaged on Instagram no one is replying. I have not received my order yet when it says it has been delivered. I want my money back. This is ridiculous

A beautiful product, not in Australia to my knowledge. A very easy on-line, in store purchase at Cu29. Great communication immediately from order processing to product on the way. And amazingly arrived to me in Australian- from UK door to my hand, only 5 days. Visually stunning and I've ordered again for family and friends. Visually beautiful Christmas gift.

I love the copper watter bottle. I wasnt expecting it to come with a holder too, very professional looking. And thankyou for the free gifts. I don't have a bath but I will pass on the beautiful bath salts I received.
