I was looking for quality Sweatshirt's at a very reasonable price and after searching on the Internet came across CTSUK. They have an excellent range of products at great prices so made a purchase which was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner, I was so happy with my original purchase I have also ordered a job lot of Polo-Shirts to match. Delivery was quick and once again the friendly and professional service was greatly appreciated.
I thoroughly recommend anyone whose looking for garments etc for work,personal work/wear to purchase from CTSUK.

Ordered 2 ladies work trousers. Had email to say it would be delivered on a certain day. Wasn’t delivered. Tracked order. Was delivered apparently 3 miles away. Got in touch to be told they could find my address. Someone was lying! . Was being re-directed (gave my correct address) still no sign. Emailed again to be told order was lost! Requested full refund. 🙄

Received my order very quick , I had to contact customer service about the order and they were excellent. Definitely be ordering again!!

Lovely quality polo shirts, they are a good length with a decent selection of colours.
Packaged well and arrived on time.

I ordered some t-shirts for screen printing and needed them expedited. Bethanie, on the sales team arranged this for me, and followed up when there was a problem with delivery, including on Saturday. Overall, excellent customer care. The T-shirts are also very good quality.

Poor experience placed order & paid for the embroidery service.
Four weeks later still not received items? After chasing was advised they never had the stock.
Requested a full refund, 👎🏻

Do not use this company. Poor customer service, took 3 weeks for a jumper, only turned up once I wanted to cancel. Then took 4 weeks for a tshirt ordered at the same time.

Clear and regular communication regarding the order after it was placed. Hi-Vis vests printing and quality both very good.

I dealt with Sophie the business development manager here and i cant fault the service enough. So many different sites I found CTS easiest to work with. Wide range of variety which is great however I did need help pinpointing some bits down which Sophie was really great help with. Found the right colours to match my brand perfectly cant thank her enough.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase of a gilet and coat, embroidered with my company logo. It looks so smart! I was kept updated on my items the whole way and they even arrived ahead of time. Super company to deal with and I’ll be using them again in the future.

I ordered a couple of plain classic sweatshirts which are great and exactly what I hoped for. I would have given 5 stars but I think the order got lost in the system and I had to chase it after a week but the response was very good and they arrived 2 days later.
