Misleading delivery times
The item I ordered was due to be delivered to store within 4 days. I contacted CTD after a week, and was told it would be looked into and the store would be in touch. I then emailed again after another week, and got a call that it was in store the following day. I ordered this item from CTD because of the .4 day delivery time, as I had time off work booked to do the job it was intended for.

Completely ignored by staff.
Arrived at the Kilmarnock store to purchase a box of tiles I had chosen online. Waited 20 mins without acknowledgement. Only one girl was on the shop floor and did serve 2 customers in front of me, but a simple "I'll be with you in 2 mins" would have went a long way. Left without being even looked at, so I will be buying my tiles elsewhere.
